We really enjoyed our day, Baha Hills is so beautiful. Our guide was patient, courteous and able to answer our questions. We are happy we chose this tour.

The guide we had was excellent! She was fun and entertaining but at the same time she gave us enough space to enjoy and discover on our own es as needed.

This was our first trip to Vietnam, and what a great experience it was today. I was a bit nervous after reading some negative Reddit comments about this particular excursion, but booked it anyway. Definitely worth it! Thanh, our guide, was amazing. My family ranged from 81 (my mother) to 28 (my son), with me as the 3rd generation in the middle (58). Thanh was able to help my mom avoid numerous lines as you queue to go up on the gondola. The ride up was beautiful. Then came the arrival to the top. It was much more than any of us expected, with plenty to do all day long. Going in early April, we apparently avoided a lot of the peak visitor crush of humanity. Lines were all very manageable. Highly recommended trip for a fun family experience!

Our guide was Mr Tanh who speaks excellent English. He and his driver were very punctual and courteous and highly knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time to do what we wanted at Bana Hills and even helped us with photo shots. Thoroughly recommended.

There is a lot more to see and do once there. We had a guide with us which helped enormously. We hadn’t realised a buffet style meal was included in the ticket price along with a beer. Viator part is paying for the transport, driver and guide. It’s extra for the entrance fee.

Had a great experience with Henry for the tour. Henry was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended to get around Ba Na Hills faster

Thanh was absolutely fantastic. He knew all the shortcuts, arrived right on time to pick us up from our hotel, and gave us a wonderful tour. His knowledge of the history was excellent, and he explained everything so clearly. Highly recommend!
