One of the highlights of our Singapore trip. We really enjoyed both attractions, but Cloud Forest was our favorite. The Jurassic World experience was a nice surprise and made the visit even more enjoyable.
The Cloud Forest was absolutely amazing, especially the indoor waterfall and the walkways. Flower Dome was peaceful and beautifully maintained. Our tickets worked perfectly at the entrance and everything was easy.
Booking was simple and we received our tickets without any problem. Entry was smooth and straightforward. Flower Dome has an impressive variety of plants, while Cloud Forest feels completely different with the mist, waterfall and elevated walkways. Highly recommended.
DO NOT BOOK A TICKET THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR! Just go to the ticket desk and get one in person. Ticket master will send you a fake ticket and they won’t let you enter with it. Complete scam.
We respectfully deny the claim that this was a scam or that a fake ticket was provided. Your booking was confirmed and valid admission tickets were issued. At the attraction, the booking voucher was presented instead of the actual entry ticket with the barcode. A booking voucher is not accepted by the attraction for admission. We understand the frustration, but describing the service as a “scam” or the ticket as “fake” is inaccurate. flowerdome really nice but very crowded on the weekend. regarding cloudforest: well, let's say somehow it's a kind of disneyland. I could have easily done without the cheesy Jurassic Park figures. Otherwise: really very fascinating. And above all, it's pleasantly cool.
Don’t buy these tickets as they are not genuine. Buy from the Gardens By the Bay website. I naively thought if it was on Trip Advisor it must be legitimate. I have tried to communicate with the provider and Trip Advisor and had no response. I have since had to pay again for genuine tickets.
We respectfully disagree with this review. We are a legitimate tour operator, and the tickets supplied through our bookings are genuine admission tickets. If you experienced an issue at the entrance, we would have appreciated the opportunity to check the exact ticket or barcode presented and resolve the matter. A cool oasis in the heart of a very hot city. This place offers a riot of colour and is even if you're not into flowers I still think you would enjoy it. They have regular special exhibitions and it was Tulip Mania whilst we were there so even if you have been before there should be something new to see
The Cloud Forest completely blew me away – walking around the misty environment and seeing the waterfall up close was unforgettable. Flower Dome is also very nice with seasonal displays. Great for photos and families. I highly recommend visiting both together as they are the main highlights of Gardens by the Bay.
If you’re visiting Singapore for the first time, this combo is a must. We spent around 2–3 hours exploring both domes and loved every minute. The Flower Dome is calm and beautiful, while the Cloud Forest is more dramatic and exciting. Booking online made entry super smooth without waiting in line.
At first I thought the ticket price was a bit high, but once inside, I understood why. Both domes are incredible – especially the Cloud Forest with its huge indoor waterfall. Everything is very well maintained and visually impressive. Definitely one of the highlights of our Singapore trip.
