TERRIBLE SERVICE. Did not show up. They sent a whatsapp msg saying my flight had landed, I message them back saying I had landed. Went outside and no one was there, waited for a hour, called and messaged all numbers and had no answer. Will have to deal with my bank for refund.
They were easy to communicate with and very reliable. Our private transfer was smooth and comfortable, with great prices and friendly service. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and would definitely use them again the next time we're in the area.
BEWARE!!!!! Staff at the airport try selling extra insurance and fuel. The cars have extensive scratches and the bumper on our car kept falling off where I had to reinstall it several times a day. The car interior was filthy with dirt and stains and had a foul odor. I looked at other cars on the lot. all the same. When we returned the car, the same staff tried saying that we smoked in the car and they will charge for cleaning. My wife and I are non smokers. I received an email receipt for double the amount of my reservation.
Our driver was early and waited for a couple stragglers without any issues. He drove us promptly to the airport and helped us with our luggage. Smooth and safe driving.
They're scammers. They do not fulfill the Service they sell and there is no way to communicate with them. I don't understand how they can keep operating.
We booked this transfer from the Cancun airport to tulum. The day of, they communicated very well and gave us a meeting place in the airport where pretty much all the transfers picked up. However, once we got to the meeting place, whoever we were messaging with stopped responding to our messages. After about 15 minutes of waiting for a response from our driver and not seeing anybody, we went over to the E-transfers storefront that they had. There was one other group had this same situation happen to them. After showing the person working there our booking ID (which is different from the booking ID on Viator), we waited about 30 minutes before they directed us to a taxi cab. Once at the cab, they needed to take photos of my passport, which is something I wasn’t fully expecting and was off putting given the situation. After doing so, we finally headed out from the airport. Our driver was very nice and got us there safe and sound. However, I was on very high alert given the situation that we were in.
Hi Charles, we are sorry to hear about the situation. This does not usually happen. At the airport there are certain areas with bad signal. And about the passport photo is to have evidence of who took the transportation since the name on your reservation was different, an apology because they should have explained the reasons for the passport photo. We hope you give us a second chance on your next arrival at Cancun airport.
Scheduled these guys for my girlfriend as she had an overnight/redeye flight and I knew she would be exhausted on arrival... they happily charged the $160 for a private taxi and took the flight details and then... DIDN'T SHOW UP! AT ALL. She had to make several calls to track them down and it took them over an 1/2 hour to arrive once she got ahold of them.

OMG, I wish I'd read the reviews on here before making this booking, but I didn't because the company had come recommended by the Hilton (won't be believing them again either). Same as a number of reviews below, I travelled with my 78 year old father on Christmas day, and had booked a private transfer to Tulum (2 hour journey) in advance (to avoid trying to sort out a transfer at the airport). Before travelling, everything seemed professional with emails and whattsapp communication to confirm bookings (obviously automated). Turn up at the airport after a long journey from the UK, find the representative who pretty much says the transfer must be cancelled (as if it was normal) (at which point I hadn't received any notifications). Wifi was rubbish to connect to whattsapp and the only good thing the representative did was put me in touch with customer services (at which point I also received the cancellation notice saying "... due to the high season, we regret to inform you that we are unable to operate your service..."), was high season a surprise that they had to cancel? Yes they did provide a refund, but knowing full well that the only option at that time was paying double the price to a taxi company (surprising called etransfers taxis (there were others two, but all seemed to be operating together anyway), that we had to wait two hours for which took a private transfer fee but ended up being a shared transfer (which at midnight was pointless arguing with anyone). So its all just a scam, as my brother experienced the same with another transfer company.
SCAM- AVOID IF POSSIBLE We pre-booked and paid for a private shuttle from Cancun airport to Tulum on our honeymoon. We found the agent easily. She had trouble finding our booking which took 20 mins and then she informed us there were no cars because of traffic and we had to wait 20 more mins. The agent was very nice but after a couple more conversations and an hour and a half we were getting concerned. There were now 3 parties there that all had booked private shuttles. We were asked if we would share and accepted based on having our private booking price refunded. She provided a WhatsApp number for refunds. The number has not offered a refund and said they will be charging us full private shuttle price (over $150 USD). DO NOT PREBOOK A PRIVATE SHUTTLE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE IT
