Fun and interesting day. Cons.. bus ride too/from the park was very uncomfortable and no air con, tried to upsell VIP experience as soon as we arrived (don’t bother - it’s no diff), lots of waiting around for activities, only 3 zip lines, food was very basic. Pros… guide was really good and helpful, plenty of time on the ATV and cenote (both great)
kool half day trip, kool entertainment at the end. When it’s over go look for your driver.. We was still sitting down & everyone else was gone. Just the people in our van waiting on our driver to come.
Alan was a great dude had alot of fun
Horrible experience, we started with the ziplines which were anything but extreme. Ultra short and unpleasant, not safe at all, the guide has to catch you at the end to prevent you from crashing into a tree. Afterward, the "ATV tour in the jungle" is actually an ATV tour on a track where we went in circles for about 35 minutes under power lines that made us feel like we were anywhere but in a jungle. The tequila tasting was interesting but nothing more. To finish with the swimming in the cenote which was fun before the guide made us leave barely 25 minutes after arriving. We finished with a meal that we didn't dare touch given the unappetizing appearance it had. Our van arrived 1 hour after the activity ended. My return to the hotel was my favorite part of the day. I never recommend it to anyone, keep moving. (Not to mention that they make you pay for everything, for example the lockers or the photos, given that they forbid your phone during the entire activity.)
The actual activities were great especially for the price. We stayed in an air bnb so they had us meet at cocobongo for pickup. The ride from playa del carmen to Cancun was about 45 mins. They do try to convince you to upgrade your package for more money when you get there but we didn’t and it was still perfectly fine. The biggest con was our tour guide Allen. When we found our group he had an attitude and only gave the group 2 minutes to put our stuff in our lockers and change into swim suits since he had just told us the cenote was our first activity. When I came back from the bathroom he had already left me even though my boyfriend told him where I went. Throughout the excursion he got a little better but at the end of the day, he asked for tips and said we should do $7-$10 for each person that helped us during the day when we had 4 different activities and multiple people at each activity. He walked around with a box to collect tips and we tipped; some people did not. After a few minutes, he opened the box to see how much we put in and said we did not tip enough and he wanted more. My boyfriend said he wasn’t giving him more. Then he came up to me separately and asked again after he was already told no. My boyfriend had to tell him to leave us alone and stop being disrespectful to get him to leave us alone.

Super fun ATV was my favorite part, Super fun and tacos were good too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
An absolute must! One in a lifetime experiences! I would opt for the non vip experience, only difference is more food (cold tacos), light margaritas. Everything else is the same.
It was a fun experience although I wish the ziplines were longer and the atv route could have been more extended. Great hospitality and food!
Mehhh. Anyone who has done proper ziplining, cenotes, or ATVs, this is a great way to have a MID experience doing all 3 ! Cenote was cool ish, but man made (cement) and thus very gross water. Zip lining was pretty lame, but maybe okay if you’re scared of heights and want something very tame lol!! Was told by a zipline staff member I shouldn’t be in Mexico if I don’t know Spanish… that’s kinda crazy imo but whatever (I know poquito Español). Atv was actually lame! Like so bad 😂. I made some friends there though, and being solo travelling in Playa Del Carmen, I’m still happy I did this rather than a day of nothing in the hotel. I would recommend spending the same amount of money, or more, on just one of the three activities, instead of thinking you’re getting some insane value. Didn’t tip and they tracked me down while I was eating and asked me if I was sure I didn’t want to tip. Like crazy though tip what ?? You’re the guy telling me the order of the stations?? If tip is expected they should just include a mandatory extra free. During lunch friend beside me had their sever sneak an extra drink onto the bill, but he caught it. We also stayed at the food and drink place wayyy to long like 1.5 hours so people would keep getting more drinks, tad annoying. Wouldn’t do again, but if you really don’t have a lot of plans you could do it I guess, just don’t have crazy high hopes! Or if you haven’t ever done and of the 3 actives maybe it will be better.

There's countless tours for basically the same thing so it's hard to pick one just based on description. This one seemed to have good reviews and no hidden fees. Pickup at the hotel went smooth however some hotel entrances were very difficult for the driver to find which made our travel time a bit longer. It wasn't clear we were just being dropped off at an "adventure center" but evidently this tour is run by them and it's a conveyor belt of tourism. We confusedly got into line after being kicked out of the van with no instructions and just kind of figured it as we went. They shuffled us along the line and pointed off into the distance and said "go over there it's about to start" but it was never clear where they wanted us to go. There's so many areas for the gazillion different groups to go in, and the staff is just constantly moving us along. You have to pay for a locker, it is not optional. They do not let you carry your camera or any belongings on the ATV or zipline--then they try to sell you a $100 picture package. I was sad to not be able to take any photos along the way even though I was just a passenger on the ATV. The ATV were super rickety, I saw at least 5 different ones that just turned off including mine right after beginning. One guys ATV accelerated uncontrollably and he crashed into the side of my friend, they had to physically turn the engine off to get it to stop! They didn't even ask my friend if she was ok, thank God she moved her leg or it would have been hit by him. The cenote was nice and refreshing but there's just SO many groups there, you're just splashing on top of each other for barely any time then they make you get out to move on to the next thing. The ziplines were very basic, fun if it's your first time but blah if you've done any others. They don't let you do anything fun or adventurous, it's just one after the other move along next next next. And there's no brake device on the line so you're literally just crashing into the poor guy at the end for him to stop you. They make you do a tequila sales pitch and tasting at the beginning, then at the end you're shuffled into a big area with tons of people for your two tacos and a dance show. Then the dancers come around and ask for tips. Alan our guide was nice and fun, hard to understand with how fast he speaks and all the noise around us. It was hard to follow where he would tell us to go and some of our group got caught up with a different group bc they thought they needed to turn left instead of right. At the end he did his spiel about tips and had a donation box, but then he came to every single person with his box like church offering! No one likes to be coerced into tipping, and the solicitations at this place are pretty excessive. With drive to/from and everything we were gone a total of 7.5 hrs
