VitorAlves, our guide, was a blast. Funny, personable, informative without being pedantic, and incredibly accommodating to our whims. We really appreciated the distinct characters of each of the wineries we visited, although, to be honest, I was buzzed by the second stop. And of course the scenery was beautiful. A great day, great weather, and a fun guide.
Thanks, guys; Good job!

Forever Changed by This Place
Our tour guide, Vitor, was informative, funny, and very personable. We felt like genuine friends by the end of the day.
Each stop of the tour offered us a piece of Portugal and the D’Ouro Valley that we will always cherish. For us, this tour was priceless!

Excellent
Great guide, Pedro, and great driver, Alex. Full day with excellent transportation and commentary. Great tasting, wonderful lunch with wine, beautiful boat ride, and another great tasting. Tasting included port and table wine. Though there is lots more to see and do, this trip makes us feel like we can truly say we have seen/done Douro Valley.

Douro Valley
Andre made our Douro Valley experience absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, his professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine passion for the region elevated the entire tour to another level.
He didn’t just show us the Douro Valley—he brought it to life. Every vineyard, viewpoint, and stop along the way came with rich history, local insights, and stories that made us feel truly connected to the culture and traditions of the region. His attention to detail and ability to tailor the experience to our interests made it feel personal rather than just another tour.
What really stood out was Andre’s charisma and warmth. He created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining a high level of organization and expertise. You can tell he genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience.
If you’re visiting the Douro Valley, having Andre as your guide is a game changer. Highly recommended—this is the kind of experience you remember long after the trip is over.

Douro Valley
It was an excellent tour, my first time visiting the Douro Valley.
Lucas was our driver and Rita our guide — both were excellent people. They communicated with us in Spanish and Portuguese, which made everything easier and more enjoyable. We had a great time throughout the tour.
Thank you both so much!
