It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to our amazing tour guide, Alice. She is so knowledgeable, charismatic, and has an outstanding sense of humor that she created a friendly and joyful atmosphere. She kept us motivated to be on time, and we almost forgot about the extremely hot weather. This experience was more than worth the money I paid. It was very well planned, and thanks to our experienced driver, Tony, we avoided a lot of traffic. The breathtaking Italian landscapes I saw during this tour were truly inspiring. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!

We started the day bright and early at 8:15 outside of Milano Centrale and we just looked at each coach until we saw one that said “Lake Como, Bellagio & Lugano”. Then we sat on the coach and embarked on our journey to Como town. From there our tour guide (Alice) took us to the centre and told us where we can go (Cathedral and or Lake). We chose the cathedral path. We hadn’t eaten prior so we asked Alice “where is a good spot to eat?”. We went to Caffe Maya. We sat down, ate breakfast then headed to the cathedral. 10:30. We then, since we had time, went to the lake. After, we headed back to the coach. 10:50. We then got back onto the coach and went to Lake Como. On the way Alice was telling us facts about the houses and lakes in English and Spanish. We then got on a boat to that took us around Como. 12:10 - 12:50. We then got off at Bellagio and had around 1 hour 10 mins free time. We then got back onto the boat to cross the lake to get back to the coach. 3:50. Arrived in Lugano. We had 1 hour 30 mins free time or you could go with Alice on a walking tour of the town. We went to the beach (5 min walk). Then we got back to the coach and headed to Milano centrale st. Tour guide - Alice Very informative and knew what she was talking about. Very clear and understandable English and Spanish speaker. Facts and info the entire time.

Despite the heat, everything was very nice; Alice explained everything great, and Toni was very professional with the bus.

It was a smooth and great trip. Ample time was given to each stop. Our group was very punctual, so we made good use of time at every visited place. Instructions given by Alice, the guide, were clear.

It was nice to see places you might not otherwise see and hear about them. The guide was also expert and nice.

The experience was great, informative and chill. Its a great value for money since its a 11hrs tour, although the time spent in every places is not that long but i understand due to the number of places and distance that needs to consider. The tour guide Alice was great, very patience and easy to talk to. The driver Juliano is an expert driver specially the winding road going up the hill with large number of traffic to consider. Its best to have this tour with your Family. No hustle just sitt and enjoy.

At the start of the day, the guide did not pay enough attention to the people who were arriving; in fact, 4 people who were not on the list got on the bus and we were delayed a few minutes because of it. The excursion was in Spanish and English, shared, even if you pay for it in Spanish. The guide told many more things and details in English and then only told a part in Spanish.
