- 適度な歩行を伴います。 ルートは全部で800段ほどあり、階段で下り、地上に戻るのはリフトです。
- 閉所恐怖症になりやすい参加者にはお勧めできません。 岩塩鉱山の内部は非常に狭い道があり、人によっては難しいかもしれません。
- 手荷物は適度な大きさでなければならず、大きな荷物は車の中に置いておくべきです。
- アクティビティを体験できる最低年齢はありませんが、子供は補助なしで歩くことができるか、ベビースリングまたはベビーキャリアで運ばれる必要があります。ベビーカーは地下に持ち込めません。

This is an amazing place. Don’t let the number of steps put you off. It’s only steps down & there’s a lift to go up. The walking is all on the flat too so very easy. Though you do walk a long way the place is definitely worth it. It’s fantastic.

Firstly, out driver, Michael. What an utter legend! Great little facts as we were driving out of Krakow and again when we got to the mines. Then we had Agneiska (sorry if I spelt it wrong) a lovely lady who conducted our amazing tour. This was absolutely the most stunning place and all built before modern machinery. A must see!
Fabulous experience in Salt Mine. The driver was extra helpful and friendly. We have been highly impressed by our Tour guide Lucas who made so much effort for all.of the group members to feel comfortable, sharing his knowledge and fascinating stories with us all. I loved his sense of humour, he was very funny and our children remember everything what he said. We had fantastic time and I strongly recommend this company as it's professional, reliable and attentive to the need of every person.

The guide was very nice and at the same time competent. The tour leader was very helpful and punctual.
