This is a great way to visit two of the most worth visiting sites in Poland! Expect a lot of walking but also an incredible and unique experience. The tour was very well organised and everything went smoothly. Our guide, Philip, was very kind and helpful. The two guides, one in Auschwitz and one at the salt mine, were also amazing! It is a great value for money tour and very convenient if don't have many days in the area. We definitely recommend it!

Amazing tour!! The organisation was remarkable from beginning to end. Do be aware that if you book this tour the whole group you begin the journey with do not attend the salt mines with you. This meant there was not a specific time for a lunch break. However, there is plenty of time to eat on the bus but bring something with you as there are only vending machines at Aushwitz and some small stalls at the salt mines. The queues were very small due to the pre-booked tickets, which was very helpful. Taxi driver Sylwester was fantastic, very attentive and ensured we understood everything. Overall the communication was very clear, guides extremely knowledgeable and a well planned day!

Excellent day thank you to Adam our driver and Ewa and Julia our guides. We were picked up in an eight seater car and had a drop off to use facilities and a quick break. We then went to Auschwitz we were given headphones and taken around the camp. We then went to Birkenau to wonder round the camp and given the information. It's very solemn and hard to understand what those poor people went through. We then went to the salt mine and had time for a break before meeting to go down the mine. This is an amazing place to visit the mine is very deep around 800 steps but done gradually. The church is breathtaking as are the other carvings. There is a lift to get to the top and theres a shop to purchase gifts. I would definitely recommend this trip.

A really humbling and emotional tour to both camps at Auschwitz. Our guide was very knowledgeable and also kept us well informed of the itinerary and stops as well as explaining where to meet clearly and timings. The tour of both was excellent , well informed and gave it enough time there as well as a good insight into how history played out , The mines tour was excellent after and although made for a long day was a great way to do it . Our guide got our slot moved forward so we didn’t have to wait around long to go down into the salt mines which were spectacular and our guide allocated in this was superb and humorous. The pick up points were clear and it was an easy process . The only thing that I would say was that as we spend a long time at the camps and travelling the one hour stop should maybe be before travelling to the mines as before that it is very short stops and you are not allowed to ( quite rightly ) eat on the bus so without a quick snack it was 4 pm before we had time to eat which from before 9am is a long time . Other that that this tour was fantastic and brilliantly done with a wonderful and friendly guide.

A very complete tour. Yagoda's explanations were very detailed and precise. A very organized guide at all times. We went to Auschwitz-Birkenau with her; although it is a sad tour, it is worth going. The salt mines are a precious treasure. The visit started slow and got better, which made the experience increasingly intense. The guide, Anna, was very professional and explained everything in great detail.

A very positive experience.

Our guide Michele accompanied us by bus and to the museum entrance, he was very good, but also Ms. Maddalena who guided us inside... you could hear and see that everything she told us, she did with her heart, I felt the emotion in every one of her stories.. Thank you all.
