Though there was a little pick-up delay, the tour operation team took immediate action very smoothly and could reach the yult camp without any trouble. The driver who speaks Russian was friendly and looked so happy😃 when I gave him Japanese Salt Candies. Upon arriving at the campsite, we were greeted by a wonderful young guide. He immediately explained the schedule clearly, making it easy to understand what we would be doing next, which put us at ease. Lake Aydarkul is very large, and in the inlet, the calm blue water is tranquil with no ripples. Our guide told us that the outer side, where there were waves, had cooler water flowing, so I walked there and immersed ourselves in the shallow lake for a while. This was truly the most blissful moment of the trip. I was a little surprised to see three cows strolling together in the lake. After relaxing by the lake, it was time for my first camel ride. Looking at the peaceful faces of the camels somehow made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. The ride was a bit bumpy when the camels stood up, but it was no problem at all, just like riding a horse. Another participant took a video of me. Afterwards, we had dinner. We savored Uzbek cuisine. Our guide was also there, and we had a pleasant conversation. After dinner, we gathered around a bonfire and listened to Uzbek folk songs. The starry sky and the silence of the night were wonderful. The time from breakfast the next morning until our departure flew by. On the way, we stopped in Nurōta to enjoy the view from a hilltop, then said goodbye to our guide and set off for Bukhara. The driver dropped me off at the hotel. I would love to participate again and swim in that tranquil lake. I also wish I could gaze at the starry sky longer. This trip left me with such feelings. The guide's English was impeccable, and he shared fascinating stories about life and customs in Uzbekistan. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience.
