The guide was lovely, communicative and helpful. I had an educational experience but not too much stuffed in.
Rafaela was very informative, energetic and humourous. She also had information on the history and architecture which I was impressed with! She also had local recommendations for after the tour. I had a very positive experience and would recommend.

Our guide Rafaela was great. Besides speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she kept everyone engaged. Our group was 15, and she made sure that everyone could listen, take breaks, and stay hydrated. It was hot!I recommended her, also she sent us a list of other places to visit based on our likes.

I joined the free walking tour in São Paulo city center with Rafaela, and it was absolutely amazing! Rafaela was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city’s history and culture. She brought the streets to life with fun stories and interesting facts, making the tour both educational and entertaining. The route covered all the key landmarks, hidden gems, and some great local tips too.
