This was the most interesting tour I’ve been on. The knowledge we learned about the processes of making olive oil. The tasting of olive oil was a lot of fun, being able to determine what was the main ingredient we smelled, and tasted. The pairing of olive oil with ice cream, and black salt was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this tour. The views of the area are breathtaking.
What an amazing tour of Frantoio Buonamici! We had the pleasure of a tour by the owner Cesare! An amazing state of the art property that grows and produces olive oil from start to finish. We got a private tour and tasting! Truly an amazing experience and Cesare made us feel like family with his hospitality. Thank you!!!! This is a must see/experience.
