Armando was an excellent guide. Very informative about things to do and places to eat. Loved the ear piece and enjoyed his good humour. We spent an enjoyable 2. 5 hours with him. Would highly recommend.
Great to do your first day in town for history, and main spots to see. Two hours well spent. Organized. Earpiece was efficient.

Armando was such a great guide for our walking tour of Florence. He was very aware of the intense heat of the day and ensured we made regular stops in the shade for him to explain each point of interest . He included all members of the group on his explanations and his passion and enthusiasm for his subject was infectious. He helped make our first visit to Florence both interesting but entertaining. Detailed and informative tour with fantastic views of the city.
The tour was good and the guide was very good, but he ended the tour on the edge of Santa Croce Square, which was full of pickpockets and other tours ending simultaneously. After 37 years of traveling all over the world, my wallet was stolen, which has caused a nightmare. The tour could have ended in a safer place. The police told me Santa Croce is the worst place in terms of safety.
