Great afternoon tour, interesting area with great local, authentic venues. Although the evening was very very hot our guide slowly moved us around the neighbourhood with many interesting facts and stories. Food and wine plentiful and delicious Thank you Marilisa
We joined this group for our honeymoon, and had the best time with Paolo. It was a small group, Paolo was so kind and knowledgeable, and we had a ball. The portions for the food & wine were very generous, and we would take this tour whenever we visit Florence.
My Tuscany day trip from Florence was nothing short of fantastic! Our guide Maria Cristina was both engaging and insightful, making every stop feel special. From the breathtaking views of Siena’s ancient architecture to the delicious lunch at a Chianti family farm, every moment was fun. I loved exploring the charming streets of San Gimignano, with its medieval towers standing proudly. This experience was a perfect blend of culture, culinary delights, and stunning scenery. Highly recommend it!

Our tour guide Paulo was very knowledgeable and experienced with our tour. He spoke about the history of the region and how it connected with our food. We were lucky to be in a small group which allowed us to ask lots of questions that Paulo answered without hesitation. The food itself was sublime. A wide range of meals with plenty to drink in between. Overall the best tour we have taken, thanks largely to the excellent guidance from Paulo.
The food and wine was excellent. I had 2 opportunities, the guide can provide more history, commentary during the process. There were some great insights but I felt there were times that we were left talking among ourselves where more stories, history and facts could have been shared. Lastly, we waited 15 mins for one guest. I feel they should have asked her to catch up at the first stop.
Our guide Francesco was knowledgeable and engaging. His background working with restaurants made the tour even better because he was able to give us a lot of great insight and history into Italian cuisine. The tasting selections were a good combination and every single thing was tasty and perfect. It was. Great way to see this area of Florence and enjoy one of Florence’s greatest offerings, food! Highly recommend this tour.
