You definitely need to be able to walk and have stamina to go up the stairs of the duomo. Experience was great
It’s a definite must see in Florence. Our guide, Emanuel, was very knowledgeable about the architecture and art of the entire buildings and they are massive! The climb up to the top of the dome is not easy but completely worth it! The view is spectacular! The only thing we didn’t do was tour the inside of the cathedral with our guide which I thought was part of the overall experience. However, he said our tickets were good for two days so if we had been staying longer we might have done that.
Guide was very knowledgeable. The museum tour was great. The climb is a challenge; narrow corridors and stairs. Overall a worthwhile experience
Great tour on such a hot day. Some of the tour was conducted inside the air conditioned museum. Tour guide was excellent. Good co-operation and informative. Husband went up the duomo some 463 steps but it was too much for me. Anyway, very much enjoyed and husband got some great photos.

Becky was an amazing guide, she has a vast amount of knowledge and exceptionally passionate about Florence's History. Highly recommend the tour! Both my girls absolutely loved it, even though they were not very excited at the prospect of a 2.5 hour tour.

Loved Becky! She was a great tour guide! Had to much knowledge she enthusiastically shared with us. The views from the top are worth the climb. I tagged the "value" lower, not bc of anything to do with Becky, but bc I wish this tour included time with a guide in the cathedral (we entered only to access the stairs) as well as the baptistry and bell tower (no guided time in either if those). Yes, the package we got included an additional 72 hours of access to go explore those buildings on our own, but we booked this activity at the end of our last day in Florence. We had only two days in Florence, and we squeezed in this at the last minute. I wish the additional 72 hours could have started BEFORE the tour, as we had time before then to explore the buildings. Although, having it guided by Becky would have been better.
