We had a fantastic golf cart tour of Firenze! It was the perfect way to see all the major sites and enjoy some of the most beautiful views of the city. Our tour guide was extremely friendly, knowledgeable of the city. We were able to see so much in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this tour and especially in the summer when it is so hot!
Excellent tour, I got into the Duomo immediately and the guide was fantastic. The staff also helped me because I had a problem with the voucher. Must do again!
The tour guide was great and very informative. The meeting place was confusing and we had to ask several people before we found the person to check our tickets. There was quite a long wait before we went into the building. Luckily we were in the shade.

You only get a audio for your Phone for all the informations. We thought we get a ticket for the Dome, but you only can go to the Kathedral with that, which is for free… and we also had to wait in line for a long time. So save your money and don‘t buy this useless ticket. There was also no good Information where we could get the right ticket for the Voucher. We have to ask a lot of people to find the Right Person.
We would like to clarify that the experience is advertised as hosted entry to Florence Cathedral with a digital audio guide, and it does not include access to Brunelleschi’s Dome. Entrance to the Cathedral itself is free; the price paid covers the services included in the booking, such as assistance from our host and access to the digital audio guide. The experience is also not advertised as skip-the-line, so waiting in the Cathedral’s public entrance line may be necessary, especially during busy periods. We are sorry that you experienced difficulty locating our representative. Our meeting-point information is provided on the booking voucher, and our team is present to assist guests with the experience and audio guide. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we encourage travelers to carefully review the inclusions and exclusions shown on the product page before booking, particularly regarding Dome access.
We have paid for something we did not get! Nobody were at the delivery point. We lost time and money. Avoid this site
According to our records, you did not experience our tour. Our host was present at the designated meeting point and successfully welcomed and served the other participants booked for the same time slot
Don't book tickets to visit the Duomo in Florence here. The tour operators are not at the agreed place to pick up your tickets when they say there were two tour operators at the agreed place. Then the phone is not answered. The moment you contact them by mail, they react quickly, but it becomes a welles nietes game. So save € 8,- per person.

Patricia was very informative and we learnt alot. She was very passionate about her love of Florence which was charming. We felt the outside was more impressive than the smaller inside.
This is NOT a timed entrance! You get in line with everyone else. Misleading , is not skip the line!

It is a hosted/timed meeting service, where you meet our representative at the selected time before entering the Cathedral. All visitors, including those with Skip-the-Line access where applicable, are required to pass through the mandatory security screening before entering. Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass these security checks. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure the product description is as clear as possible to avoid any misunderstanding.
Booked this at 9.40 as wanted to do other visits later in the morning….. arrived to be told the Duomo doesn’t open til 10.15 ….. hopeless to start then to allow us to visit other places. WARNING should be on the website to say you don’t go inside til after 10.15 ….. tried to get a refund and was told not possible

Florence is packed, and the Duomo lines are legendary (in a bad way). This timed entry ticket is the ultimate travel hack. The audio guide downloaded seamlessly on my phone and gave so much context to the architecture. My advice: Arrive 15 minutes before your slot and just enjoy the magic!
