Julio was fantastic! Give him a raise immediately! Very passionate and extremely entertaining during the entire experience! You can tell he really likes his job.

Terrible experience
I felt cheated. The company should warn that the guide is only in English and that the other languages can only see a video on mobile phones and that it is constantly failing. And this after a giant line to get in. To avoid except if you choose the English language.

Welcome to the Duomo (which doesn't mean Dome!!)
We had a very nice time with Giulio on this tour. He was very knowledgeable and the tour was smooth and seamless. The price was very much worth the experience. The only downside, in my opinion, was how guests were given over 30 minutes after the start of the tour to join, causing the guide to restart to catch people up on a few occasions. I would've preferred if there was a stricter start time and latecomers not be given such accommodation after the tour has already started, maybe 10-15 minutes after the start time, as it impacts the enjoyment of those who were punctual.

I booked last minute, and so glad I did. Emanuela was so knowledgeable and imparted a lot of information about the beautiful facade before we entered. A short but beneficial tour.

What a lovely day!
This was one of those moments where you just stop and look around, taking everything in.The organization was great, and the experience felt very smooth.The guide made sure we didn’t miss the essence of the place.

Patricia is a great guide
Patricia was our guide for the day. After finding the Viator person we quickly got the audio devices and joined the line. A few of us were expecting a skip-the-line experience so be aware, this is not. That being said, in under 30 minutes we were inside. Meanwhile Patricia gave us a history lesson on Florence and continued inside. Definitely worth the time, beautiful cathedral!
