If you do one thing in Florence, make it this class. Chef Giulio set the tone from the moment we walked in — apron on, music up, singing while he rolled pasta like he'd been doing it his whole life. His passion is completely genuine and contagious. Within minutes everyone was laughing, learning, and having the best afternoon of their trip. We made fresh pasta from scratch with real technique and tips you only get from someone who grew up in an Italian kitchen. The sauce was a family recipe — rich, simple, and absolutely unforgettable. The kind of thing you'll spend years trying to recreate at home. And then came the tiramisu — made from scratch ahead of time using only the finest ingredients. Without question the best I've had in Italy, and after several attempts across Florence, that means something. This isn't a tourist cooking class. It's an experience led by someone who genuinely loves what he does. Book it.

Pasta was so delicious and class was so fun!

This was the BEST experience. Chef Giuilo was so much fun. He sang, danced and taught us how to cook amazing pasta. He was so patient with us and then prepared an amazing meal from the pasta we made. I definitely recommend!!

Giulio is absolutely amazing. Me and my family had a wonderful time learning how to make pasta, and his added commentary was really nice. He did open up a little about his past, and it was beautiful to see another side, a story of Icarus flying too close to the sun, but also of a phoenix rising from the ashes. Must do if you are ever in Florence. Much love, Giulio!

The man's not only a wonderfull cook. He's also a singer, stand-upper, dancer. I highly recommend this course with Giulio, a wonderfull moment to share, and don't forget the tiramisu, it's a must eat in Fiorenze. You won't be disappointed at all !

Highly recommend!! Fun and delicious with a real celebrity chef! He sang and danced and entertained us the entire time as we learned to make pasta. The sauce was a 250 year old family recipe…good news - you can buy jars to take back home!! One of our favorite memories of our trip. ❤️

This was incredible experience. The chef has a gift for making everything fun . Even our grumpy kid was crying laughing. . We danced, sing and laughed. Truly we all agreed that was our highlight of Florence . Highly recommended.

We booked this last minute and had the best afternoon. So family friendly; fun and informative. We all loved it and met some lovely people - we can’t wait to go home and make our own pasta!! Giulio was an outstanding host - hilarious; and an amazing chef!!
