This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our time in Florence! I took the class with my 6-year-old daughter, and Chef Julio made the entire experience unforgettable from beginning to end. We learned how to make pasta completely from scratch, and what really stood out was how much time and attention Chef Julio gave us. He never rushed the process and made sure our pasta was perfect and that we genuinely understood every step before moving on. We made three different types of pasta, and my daughter was able to be involved in the entire process. But this was so much more than a cooking class. Chef Julio kept us entertained the entire time with jokes, music, and even dancing. There was never a dull moment! He has an incredible personality and somehow manages to make the class both educational and ridiculously fun. Once our pasta was ready, Chef Julio cooked it for us in what may genuinely be the most delicious sauce I have ever tasted. I loved it so much that I left with EIGHT jars of the concentrate — which probably says everything you need to know! And then came the icing on the cake: the tiramisu. Chef Julio calls it “the best tiramisu in the world,” and after tasting it, I have to agree. It absolutely lives up to the title. If you’re visiting Florence and want an authentic, hands-on experience that you’ll actually remember long after your trip is over, book this class. It was fun, delicious, interactive, and absolutely perfect to do with my daughter. We laughed, danced, cooked, ate, and made such a special memory together. 10/10 — I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great experience with Giulio. I didn't think I was going to laugh so much and actually learn how to make homemade pasta. Don't miss the tiramisu. It's really worth it.

It really is not a boring class and this is due to the chef Giulio who is an exceptional person. This class is an experience, let yourself be led by the music, the jokes and interact with the chef to be an even more special experience. The greatest compliments are for the person who Chef Giulio is, but his food does not stay behind, the sauce he makes for the masses and his tiramisu are licking the pieces. Everything is excellent because it does with the heart, and you can feel it. He gave me a very nice hug at the farewell, I'll never forget him. Chef Giulio, I wish you always the best! Had an amazing time. We danced, we sang and laughed. And we also made pasta that tastes amazing. Would also defiantly recommend the tiramisu, taste incredible.
