We enjoyed a lovely tour with our guide Adolfo. He was professional and informative. We are so informed now and will explore places that he highlighted. Highly recommend if you are visiting Zurich.

Unfortunately I have had to score this experience low. The highlight of the tour was the Lindt chocolate museum. I would suggest you book this individually and not through this platform. The day seemed quite disorganised. There was no direction of the days plans, and the information was fairly lacking. The itinerary described on the experience page is incorrect, there was initially a stop by lake Zurich for 10 minutes, which I didn’t really seem to understand the reasoning for stopping here. We proceeded by coach to the old town, however because there was traffic (of which 45 minutes consisted of sitting on the coach) there wasn’t enough time for an informative tour. The guide lead the group around a small section of the old town, which didn’t consist of and information about Zurich’s history etc. it seemed very rushed. Definitely not a ‘guided’ tour. In fact, 2 people were separated from the group and we had to leave without them. The coach then took us to Lindt, which as I said was a very good experience. After this we boarded the boat (which was a public transport boat), which took us up lake Zurich. You could do this yourself by buying a standard ticket. The description in the itinerary is a ‘sightseeing cruise’. It was just a boat going from A to B. The group was put on the boat and everyone dispersed, no information was given about the lake etc. We disembarked the boat and that was it, no reconvening, everyone just left. Unfortunately I feel this experience is misleading and it was not at all as expected. You would be better to book the Lindt museum yourself and do a free walking tour.

Our guide, Vreena, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was also kind and helpful with information after the tour.

Good service that allows you to see the historic center plus the museum and a boat ride on the lake. The guide Ersilia was excellent.

On time, safe, reliable and the tour guide is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the trip. There was enough time at each part of the tour to take photographs and explore

It was a pleasant walking trour along the old town of Zurich followed by the visit to the famous Lindt chocolate museum/ factory. And the final destination was to embark on the cruise along Lake Zurich

We enjoyed the Zürich tour especially the House of Lindt museum tour. Annette gave valuable information about the city which we appreciated. The boat tour was relaxing. Highly recommended!

If this is your first time in Zurich, it gives you a 24 hour pass to use on all transportation so it is useful. You take the tram, bus and boat so you get an idea of how to use ticket later. So good if you take the tour on your first day there.

At the Chocolate Museum, the driver did not pick me up. I arrived at 1:40 PM, but they closed the door right in front of me and left. The door almost hit me as they were closing it. It seems the driver completely forgot about me and drove away before I could get on. Because of this, I was stranded there and was unable to make it to FIFA as planned. I’m not familiar with the area and had no idea how to get there on my own. I would like to request a full refund for this trip.

A fun and informative tour exploring parts of Zurich landmarks and Old Town. The bus also drives through Zurich University, and some upscale neighborhoods including where wineries used to exist and Tina Turner's former home. The tour also included a walk around some popular streets and churches. After that, you hop on a ferry which takes you to the Lindt chocolate factory which is a must see and delight. Definitely worth the it! Carla, pit Guide was wonderful, informative and friendly.
