Mario was our driver who took us from the cruise port to Rome international airport. He arrived on time and was very professional with a nice personality. The car was very clean as a great ride!

Corrine was promptly on time and delivered us to the airport with no problems. Very thank for the ease of the transport to the airport after a long trip.

We could not find transportation from the cruise port to the airport until the transport service from Viator became available for the 0730 hour., David literally saved our group from missing our flight. We will certainly recommend and use Viator again. David was very professional and personable. He arrived early, the vehicle was clean, the transport went smoothly, he assisted with our luggage. Very reliable. It is drivers like David that inspire customers to use Viator for all tours and transportation.

He swiftly drove us safely to the airport and unloaded our luggage for us. I would absolutely recommend him if you are looking for a private driver who can handle multiple pieces of luggage.

Davide (the owner) arrived early and was waiting for us as we walked off Allure of the Seas at 7:30am (for an 8:00am scheduled pickup). Davide is very cheerful and pleasant. He speaks good conversational English, if you want a more in depth conversation about random topics have Google translate handy. The shuttle was clean, comfortable and big enough for 6 people and luggage. It had the best AC (which the passengers can control) of any transport we experienced during our 9 days in Europe.
