easy booking and this is legit. waiting for us on time at the pick up area. took 40 minutes from cruise ship to airport on the weekend. not much traffic. plenty of time to catch the flight. easy connection via whatsapp notifications. Fantastic - would highly recommend and use them again
All in all not a bad ride, there's an area just for private drivers/vans at the ship terminal that we were picked up at. Drive into town wasn't bad at all. Now, this is where you've got to be extremely specific with these drivers of you're flying back to the states, tell them the US flights area at terminal 3. Our driver dumped us off the second we got to terminal 3 at the opposite end.
We had an exceptional experience with Rome Airporter. Travel days after a cruise can be tough, but our driver took all the stress out of the transfer from the ship to our hotel doorstep. It was worth every penny to have this stress-free transfer to beautiful, bustling Rome.
Our driver was on time but that was the only good thing about our experience. I’ve never ridden with someone that is providing a service that was so reckless. Driver was extremely fast and speeding and swerved at times. Very unprofessional. Think twice about who you schedule with on Viator.
Our driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship. Very comfortable ride to the airport. All our luggage got in the trunk.
Amazing service - we had brilliant communication about our pick up both prior to and on the day. Our driver Marco was courteous and efficient. He met us with a name card so we were are of where to go. He met us with bottled water and a lovely air conditioned vehicle, highly recommended
Great experience again. Our driver was standing outside waiting for us ahead of time. Very friendly and courteous
We had a transfer from cruise port to Rome Airport. Punctual, well organized, excellent communication.
Excellent well oraginsed transfer, meet at hotel at correct time, comfortable well-equipped van, took all the stress out of getting to our cruise, worth the SS
Fabio was prompt and courteous. He helped load our luggage which was no easy feat. We arrived on time stress free.
