Fabio was great - professional, courteous, punctual. Pickup was easy, the car was clean and nice. Highly recommended.
Hi Artem, thank you so much for the fantastic review! It was an absolute pleasure driving you. I'm thrilled to hear that the pickup was smooth and that you enjoyed the ride. Thanks for the high recommendation, and hope to see you again in Rome!
Great experience! Our driver arrived early, and we had a smooth, comfortable ride to the airport. Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend 100%!
Thank you so much! It was an absolute pleasure driving you, and I'm glad you had an excellent experience all around. Thanks for recommending my service, and I look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
Great experience. Driver was early for pick up and early to drop off.
Hi Mike, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're so happy to hear your trip with Andrea was top-notch. Arriving early and ensuring a hassle-free transfer is what we always aim for. Thanks for choosing us, and see you next time!
I was so thankful for our AirBnB host that they recommended this company for travel early in the morning (4:30am) for our flight to the US. The driver helped us with our luggage, was there before we were ready, and patient with all of our luggage. I was so thankful to have reliable transportation when I had to wake up early and travel.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Early morning airport runs can definitely be stressful, so was more than happy to arrive early, take care of all the luggage, and make sure your trip home started as smoothly as possible. Huge thanks to your Airbnb host for the recommendation. Safe travels back, and hope to see you again next time you visit Rome!
Fabio was wonderful. Excellent customer service! Five star service! Thanks so much Fabio. We can’t wait to hire you again when we get back in Rome. I recommended you to a couple of our friends.
We had the good fortune to book Fabio’s services for our collection from Rome Fiumicino and departure from our hotel back to the airport again. The communication throughout our booking and the adjustments we needed to make were impeccably handled. You can be assured of a smooth and seamless transfer from the airport and I would highly recommend booking a private transfer rather than standing waiting in an extremely long taxi queue which we observed others do on our arrival. We will be rebooking again on our return in forthcoming months and and very much appreciate the convenient and efficient service we received.
Thank you so much for your lovely review—it really means a lot! It was a pleasure taking care of your transfers, and I’m really happy everything went smoothly for you. I always do my best to make things easy and stress-free, so I’m glad you felt that. You’re absolutely right about the taxi queues—they can be quite long and tiring after a trip! I’m really looking forward to seeing you again in the coming months and assisting you on your next visit. All the best, Fabio
Fabio did an amazing getting us to the airport! Would recommend him again. we had a 4 30 AM pick up in which he arrived early for. He was very gracious and great to talk to you.
I travel alot and I have used many transportation services in my prior trips. Fabio and his father by far were one of the best transfer services that I have used. Their flawless practices from being on time , to have a very clean car and also being very polite and professional made our trip very smooth. We used their services multiple times in our 17 days trip time. I will highly recommend their services.
The transfer worked without any problems. Also we had booked the ride at 6.00 am in the morning. The taxi was parked in front of the house early. Thank you. I would definitely stay again.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this driver service in Rome! We organised the transfer very last minute, but they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport, great communication to ensure we knew where to find him, and made the journey into the city smooth and stress-free. Later that same day, they picked us up again to return to the airport — perfectly on time and just as professional. The car was clean, comfortable, and the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable, friendly transport in Rome.
