My family of 4 adults and 2 teens departed our cruise at 7:00 am. The driver was waiting for us with a sign right outside the terminal exit. He helped us with our bags and the 6 of us fit comfortably in the van. 50 minutes later we were at FCO and on our way. Great experience.
Andrea was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip back to Rome. And he was very thoughtful to assist us with our luggage when we needed to walk to our hotel due to the street closures for the Race For The Cure Run/Walk.
Great vehicle. Ride was a little late though. Also the driver was going quite fast and seemed to be on his phone a lot.
Dear Michelle, Thank you for choosing one of our private transfers. Our cars are exclusively luxury Mercedes and are all equipped with a computer and a locator that reads and records all the parameters of the van. We checked and the driver never exceeded the speed limit for the highway you traveled on. Our drivers do not use the mobile phone directly but use earphones as required by law that regulates the use of audio devices. We remain at your disposal for any further clarification and hope that in the future you will want to use our private services again. I wish you a wonderful day. Thank you Nicola
Driver has on time waiting for us to get off our ship! He was very helpful with our luggage - and we had a lot!
Great experience. Driver was courteous and very helpful with luggage! Very friendly and knowledgeable about sight between Civitavecchia and Rome. Driver was on time picking us up.
Our driver, ANDREA, was absolutely fantastic! He is studying to be a guide, so we had the benefit of his knowledge all the way to our hotel. He also gave us an outstanding restaurant recommendation which we loved. Charming and personable and navigated through the Rome traffic. He was early at the port to pick us up so came off the ship and right to our waiting car and handsome driver!
Very prompt, and willing to accommodate even after our fight was changed to an earlier departure. Very nice transportation and ride.
Dear Tracy Thank you very much for your nice review. Grazie Simona
Marco was punctual and very friendly. He explained is many things from the Civitavecchia port. My group and I enjoyed the ride to Fiumicino airport.
Thank you very much for you review Enid We will inform Marco Grazie Simona
