Emanuele picked us up from FCO and brought us to our hotel in Rome. He was great at communicating, helped us with our bags, and even gave us a lot of nice facts about Rome on our way in. I would 100% recommend him for your next drive in Italy!
Driver was in time polite , we were comfortable in the car , the car was clean No issues at all . Thank you
Driver was on time. However, I requested as per the booking suggested water and coca cola. Neither were provided. The driver stopped for gas less than 30 mins into our drive. He also was on the phone having a conversation most of the drive.

First, regarding the beverages, we do not provide water or soft drinks because consuming food and drinks is strictly prohibited on board our vehicles to maintain maximum hygiene and cleanliness for all our guests. Second, regarding the phone call, our drivers use hands-free wireless earpieces, which is fully compliant with the law and necessary to stay updated on traffic conditions and logistics without ever taking their eyes off the road. Lastly, regarding the fuel stop, ensuring the vehicle has enough fuel is a fundamental safety measure to avoid any risk of being stranded. Given the current volatile fuel prices, our drivers are authorized to make a quick stop if they encounter an economical gas station along the route, provided it falls within the allowed time frames and does not significantly impact your arrival time. Placed the order request, got a confirmation quickly. Received a message on the morning of pick up that a driver had been assigned our trip. They turned up 15 minutes early. A good driver who was friendly - highly recommended

Very reliable & on time but double the cost of a taxi. It is not always the best option. Depending on the time of day.
Definitely would recommend this service. Easy to book...they checked in the address prior to our time. Joseph was early and came to our door to make sure we met. We are older and he took care of all our luggage. He even shared some tour information as we passed historic spots. Thanks for making leaving our favorite place to visit less stressful.
