Your booking was confirmed for a 10:00 AM pick-up. Our driver was at the meeting point at the agreed time.
At 8:30 AM you expected the vehicle to be ready for you, ninety minutes before the time you selected at booking. Your ship was scheduled to dock at 5:00 AM, and the pick-up time you chose was the one we planned around.
Punctuality works both ways. Our drivers and vehicles are scheduled according to each reservation, and demanding immediate service outside of the booked time is not something we can accommodate. Had you asked for an earlier pick-up in advance, we would have gladly checked our availability.
We stand by the service we provided and by the times confirmed in your booking.

Private Transportation Service
The pickup service was early which was fabulous since we were off the ship and didn't have to stand with hordes of people. It enabled us to get to our Hotel in Rome early as well. Would highly recommend to others and I plan to use them again when the need arises!

Wrong pick up point given.
The driver was amazing and drive safely, Viator sent us to a meeting point with an 22 minute walk off the cruise ship. We went to meet the driver that was waiting for us at the Cruise Ship docking point. I give the driver a solid 5/5! Also check with your hotel first for car service, our charge was double the charge for 8 people. Hotel $250

While Viator's automated system generated generic walking instructions suggesting a 22-minute walk to the outer port gates, our team holds official security port permits specifically so our chauffeur could drive directly onto the pier to meet you right at the ship's gangway, saving you that long walk entirely.
Because your experience with our chauffeur was a genuine 5/5, would you kindly consider contacting Viator customer care to update your star rating to reflect the actual chauffeured service you received? A 1-star rating severely harms dedicated local drivers who delivered flawless 5-star care.

Best Driver in Rome
Best driver in all of Rome. Very friendly and earlier on arrival. Highly recommend and would rebook next time I am here.

Excellent Transfer
Our driver met us at the pier early and expertly transferred us to Rome airport in plenty of time for our 12:15 flight. The car was comfortable and clean and the service was as advertised. The private car was competitively priced versus the cruise line transfer.

Our driver was great! He kept in touch and we were able to adjust our pick up time without any issues at all. The driver was very pleasant and personable. The vehicle was as shown - clean, and comfortable. Great experience!

Would highly recommend...
Would highly recommend this transfer service. It was a very smooth pickup at the cruise port and safe ride to the airport. Van was spacious and clean and driver was very nice. Company was also easy to correspond with ahead of pickup.
