I suppose if things had worked according to plan I would have rated this differently. I had failed to notice an error in the appointment time (time was AM instead of PM) until too late. Luckily I had been contacted by the driver who had noticed the discrepancy between the flight arrival time and the appointment time. I called Transferz who handles the drivers but was informed that the appointment could not be modified. I then called Viator as instructed by the emails and was told that I could modify the time just not the date or cancellation. The agent then changed the time of the appointment and issued a new voucher. On the day of the trip I learned that the driver had already gone to the airport at the wrong time. I took a taxi upon my arrival and realized that this really was easier and more reliable than booking a private car. Out a $100 but in the end I got to where I needed.

Jorge Espinoza was very polite and kind and safely drove us to our destination. Car was comfortable and had a very clean interior.

Being locals here I don’t usually get a car service from the airport home but this ride was better than all the Ubers I’ve taken when I had to take it! Ride/driver was outsourced to a local provider Apex and I was assigned to Tony. Being that I live here and have cell service, communications with him via text was very easy and convenient. My flight landed an hour early but when I turned on my phone, he had already texted with instructions. We didn’t have to wait long at all when we walked out to Passenger Pick up G (JFK Terminal 1) despite all the traffic from people waiting to pick up. Pricing seems fair and equivalent to getting an Uber Black. Ride to midtown was smooth and no issues. 5 stars to Tony!

Under any circumstances if you value your life do not go with this company we booked from uk through AGODA and they are in partnership with transferz Picked us up from JFK to go to a hotel in times square he did not have a clue even with sat nav, where we were going, took an age. We arrived the driver drove erratic through lanes i thought we were going to die, he nearly crashed and was looking at his phone constantly, speeding never again, i complained and they just wrote my complaint off, he could not speak english so we had no communication, DO NOT USE.

They were great at communicating with us after we landed. They cared and ensured that we met up with our driver who was waiting for us.

Airport transfer: Our driver was excellent; safe driver in heavy traffic; friendly and professional;

Everything was easy from booking to pick up. Communication was excellent from initial booking to drivers text regarding pickup point.

Great service, safe service, meet and greet did not happen. Communication was precise location was accurate price locked in.
