The mill is impressive in its design and cleanliness. And Pilar explained every detail of the process in a very didactic and enjoyable way (we were a family of 5 teenagers, 4 adults and 2 elderly people).

Great experience and learned a lot from Pilar yesterday at the tour of Picualia! Very impressed with the mill and sadly because it rained the day before, no farmers came in to drop off the olives so we can see the production live. The tasting at the end was great and the AVOE/EVOO was definitely top quality! Ended off the day with the 2.5 hour tasting at the Michelin star restaurant upstairs, which was amazing!!

In one word EXCELLENT ! We had a great tour with Pilar . She has a lot of knowledge about all making the processes from A to Z and demonstrated and explained to us the machinery and the equipment and testing of oil making. The end of the tour was 2 oil tasting - showing the way how to perform it. Thank you Pilar for that.

An excellent tour through a very modern facility that takes the harvest of 1000 farmers and produces over 5 million liters of olive oil annually. Also a lovely tasting room where two varieties of EVOO were sampled, then finished with tapas. We learned many new things about production, quality, and marketing. Would definitely recommend—I am now prepared to visit our olive oil store back home!

Educational, engaging, and an overall unique experience, very worth the detour. The guide was very accommodating and knowledgeable, you receive an understanding and even a live demonstration of parts of the process of making high quality olive oil. Tasting was delicious, had to take a bottle to go.
