First time in Seville so not very knowledgable in the areas history. Veronica was really informative and had a sense of humour! The tour is long, but this is necessary when combining the palaces and the cathedral. If you want short and sharp, book separately. There were parts of the cathedral that we may have missed if we had not been guided. Use of a flag might have been useful to identify the guide more easily when within crowds. An enjoyable day with a delightful guide.
Our guide, Ismael, was a FABULOUS storyteller. He kept us engaged without spending too long at any one particular spot. He clearly knew a ton about both the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral, but chose to tell us the most interesting or funniest bits. We had a wonderful time! He also gave us some suggestions for parts of the Alcazar gardens to explore after the tour.
We really enjoyed the tour with Manuela. She went above and beyond multiple times on our tour for different reasons. This was a really good tour led by a very kind and caring person.
This tour is a definite must our tour guide. Veronica was outstanding in every way!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. We learned so much and you are so lucky to have her as one of your guides!! she is a wealth of information in this tour was a definite highlight of our trip!!
The guide Alvaro was very knowledgeable in the matter and we really enjoyed his in details explanation about the Cathedral and the Alkazar
Highly reommended must see tour in Seville. Although the day was very hot, the tour of the two places and Giralda Tower was great. Something local to do in Seville if you do not wish to venture out of Seville
Fantastic day with is group to visit Alcazar and Cathedral de Espana! Thank you Santi for an unforgettable day and experience!! We enjoyed everything!
The times provided are estimates. We met at 11:30, entered the cathedral at 12:20 and did not have entry to Alcazar until 2:30. Granted the guide filled all the time sharing information, but we did not wrap up until 3:30. On a 100 degree day, we were exhausted and hungry by the end. Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and managed our group of 30 quite effectively. Women should bring a scarf or shawl to cover shoulders for the cathedral or else you’ll have to buy one.
Our English speaking guide was excellent. Walking up the tower is nice but not required. The Cathedral inside is amazing and the Place is amazing. Save energy so you can finish the Palace.
This was a very nice tour, however Alvaro (the guide) was very long-winded and gave a lot of details about the history of everything we say (it was a bit overwhelming!) Our tour went over the time given in the description of the tour and many people left early. The Cathedral and Alcazare are amazing and very beautiful. The climb to the top was worth the effort for the incredible views (unfortunately there is mesh covering all of the openings, so photos aren't great!)
