Our guide was 40 minutes late which cut down our visit considerably. I know that having 40 minutes still doesn’t give you enough time for a complete tour but it would have given us an opportunity to see more exhibits.

Irina was very passionate and knowledgeable. We had a smaller group of 9 people so we were able to move faster and Irina showed us some extra rooms.

Paid for a skip the line tour. The tour provider did not pre-purchase the tickets so made us stand in the non-ticketed line for over an hour, and we did not gain access to the Sistine chapel or the museum. The tour clearly stated these were skipped the line tickets with a tour guide and they were over $600. When I asked the person why we were standing in the non-ticketed line they basically shrug their shoulders and walked away.

Best time to visit without much rush and a deep dive into the rich history. Highly recommend this tour if learning the history is of key interest.

Terrible they didn't let us in. We trusted a site, at a high price, that sells non-existent experiences.

The start of this tour was a little chaotic. I will say that whoever organizes this tour is not actually who runs it. They hire guides from the Vatican to take you around. Be prepared to still wait in a line in order to go thru security. It is much faster than the standard line. We were inside within 15 mins. I would remember you are entering another country so just be prepared to wait some. One of the couples in our group and another girl were incredibly rude to our guide, and the guy who went to get our tickets. Reading views and having realistic expectations can go a long way. Our guide was truly amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. The only thing I wish we would have gotten to do was go into the Basilica and inside St. Peter’s Square. Not quite sure why we were not able to. You could truly spend hours walking around and taking in everything.

It was very fascinating tour. Enjoyed a lot. More informative. We will take the service again in Rome. Staff was very nice.

We were quite disappointed with the tour. The Vatican Museum tour consisted only of statuary, tapestries, and maps. There are incredible works of art throughout the museum that we never saw by Raphael, Di Vinci, Giotto, and others. Most of the statues we saw were simply copies and placed in the outdoor gardens. Most of the ones in the interior were unremarkable and not sculpted by famous artists. The description should clearly state that you will not see any paintings or artwork. The tour guide spent about 20 minutes in front of a poster that showed the ceiling of the Sistine chapel doing nothing more than basically givings us a Bible lesson of what we will see. It was profoundly unnecessary and boring. By the time we got to the Sistine Chapel, we were allowed only 5 minutes in the chapel before we were sent out so the chapel could close. We were so incredibly disappointed by the whole thing.

The tour was cancelled as we waited in line for admission. The contact and coordination before the event was very poor. Hugely disappointing experience.

Enjoyed the tour. The guide was knowledgeable. Staffs are professional. I will recommend my friend to join with this company.
