We understand your disappointment regarding the seating on the upper deck. As this area is very popular and has a limited number of seats, they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This information is communicated before boarding so that guests who wish to enjoy the upper deck can arrive earlier. While the lower deck also offers large panoramic windows, we understand that it may not provide the experience you were hoping for. We truly regret that this aspect affected your cruise, as the vast majority of our guests leave with wonderful memories of their time on the Seine.
