N.B. ケーブルカーと4WDのチケットは集合場所で現金でお支払いください。チェックインをスムーズに行うため、お一人様45ユーロを現金でお支払いください。ありがとうございます。 忘れられない旅：ケーブルカーと四輪駆動バスで標高2850mまで登ります。 遊歩道はここから始まります。途中で立ち寄る場所としては、休火山や噴火口、溶岩の亀裂などがあり、興味深い見どころとなるでしょう。 私たちは標高3000メートルのバルバガロ火口まで登り続けます。 ここからは雄大なサミット・クレーターを眺めることができます。2002年の噴火で噴出した噴気孔を訪れ、そこから砂浜沿いにモンタニョーラへと下り、そこから大きな火山性地溝帯であるヴァッレ・デル・ボーヴェを眺めます。 世界中の他の場所ではほとんど味わえない、息を呑むような絶景。 ケーブルカーでの帰路では、この魅惑的な月面のような風景を最後にもう一度眺めることができ、合計約4時間のウォーキングとなります。

私たちはエトナ南アルパインガイドの小屋から出発し、ケーブルカーで2500メートルまで進み、その後オフロード車で2850メートルに到達します。
最初の目的地は、エトナ山の東部に位置する大きな馬蹄形の火山構造の窪みであるヴァッレ・デル・ボーベの視点です。ここは壁に沿っていくつかの露頭があるため、火山学の観点から非常に重要です。晴れた日には息を呑むような景色が広がります。
非常に重要な目的地は、標高約 3000 メートルのバルバガロ クレーターです。中州に沿って登っていくと、2002 年の噴火に遡る溶岩流路があり、そこを登っていくと、同じ噴火の噴出口に到着します。私たちは、最近まだ熱い溶岩流に沿って、フィロソフォの塔 (2920 メートル) に向かって進みます (2023 年 5 月 21 日)。昼食休憩の後、バルバガッロ クレーターの端に沿って歩き、頂上のクレーターとタオルミーナからシラキュースに至るシチリア島の東海岸全体を眺めます。
バルバガロ クレーターの端を歩いた後、下山を開始する前に、必然的にガスが噴出するエトナ山山頂クレーター、中央クレーター、南東クレーターをもう一度鑑賞する機会がありました。
ケーブルカーでの帰りは火山砂の流れに沿って進み、天気の良い日にはイオニア海岸からシチリア島内陸まで続く息を呑むような景色を眺めます。

An experience you cannot really put into words. The landscape is otherworldly and the emotions you experience under an active volcano are one of a kind. Because of the ongoing eruption and the sudden bad weather, we couldn’t complete the whole tour, but thankfully Clara, our wonderful guide, made sure we got the most of the experience. She was sweet, competent and attentive, and made you curious and passionate about the volcano just like an excellent teacher would do. Will definitely come back for another experience. Thank you Clara!
Amazing experience hiking up around the crater field to the rumbling of the current eruption. Very knowledgable and friendly guide. Def need a degree of fitness and be prepared to come home with volcanic ash/sand everywhere! Would recommend, we loved it
This is a must if you visit Sicily! Even while Etna was erupting, we could still do the tour in alternate fashion. The guide kept us well informed and made us feel safe.

An absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience! Our Etna tour was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. Clara was a wonderful guide – extremely knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, and professional. She shared so many interesting facts and stories about Etna, making the whole experience not only beautiful and exciting, but also very informative. The atmosphere throughout the tour was fantastic, and everything was very well organized. It was a wonderful experience, especially thanks to our guide, Clara, who accompanied us, making us have fun and experience every stage up to 3000m with enthusiasm. We were captivated by her intense passion as well as by the unique landscapes into which she transported us. It is truly true that competence makes the difference; this day would not have been so enriching and impactful if it hadn't been for our guide, who didn't let us miss a single detail: from the minerals, to the myths, to the plants that smell like lemon!!! We highly recommend this experience, especially because everything necessary for the trek is provided, allowing almost everyone to access it.
