It was a very cool experience and Dominick made it that much more fun. Will be back again! 20 mins is perfect. Didn’t feel like it went by fast at all!
Great flying with you over Portland on our Stumptown scenic flight! We really appreciate the kind review and look forward to flying with you again!
It's definitely NOT a helicopter tour - which is what I thought I booked thru Viator - but it is a small plane. Tour was short and sweet and the views were nice, but not what I was expecting based off Viator's description of the tour.
This is a massive frustration on our end with Viator. We DO NOT and WILL NOT operate helicopters, and despite our best efforts to describe our tours with text and images showing that it's not a helicopter, Viator kind of does their own thing and advertises or changes the listings as they see fit. It's extremely frustrating to say the least. Very sorry for the confusion and hopefully we can get some sort of solution from Viator in the future so this doesn't happen again.
They kindly ask people to come 30 minutes early, however I was stuck in traffic and the company could not be nicer and understanding of my circumstances. I made sure to keep them updated of my ETA out of respect, so if you are late just give them a call and they’ll completely understand. Our pilot was so fun and nice!! I had a blast 🤩

Our pilot, Harris, was amazing. Made the flight relaxing and was reassuring to the one of us that was unsure of the idea. Offices/hanger located on far side of airport. Easy parking. Arrive a few minutes early to do safety video and waiver.
