I booked this trip through Viator under the search for a helicopter tour. This is NOT a helicopter tour. It is an airplane. I was disappointed with Viator.
The gentleman from Envi said this is a constant problem. There are several items in the Viator list for this experience that are not true. This is not a wheelchair accessible experience. They do not have pets in the planes. You don’t get water.
The pilot from Envi was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. He took time to do flybys of the falls as requested. He explained everything well. As far as his service goes, I was pleased.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your time with our pilot and found the flight over the Columbia River Gorge waterfalls to be a knowledgeable and scenic experience.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the aircraft. While we specialize in scenic airplane tours, we understand how frustrating it is when third-party platforms like Viator don't display that clearly. We are actively working with them to correct those technical errors regarding details of the experience ensure the listing accurately reflects our flight adventures.
Your feedback helps us push for these necessary changes so future guests have a seamless experience with us.

We with elderly parents, JP gave us an amazing ride. JP was patient and friendly. JP briefed us about different places as we viewed them from the sky.
