Wish it was faster . Wish it was less than £45 the driver up was amazing . All the guys that strapped us up amazing.
Took my granddaughter and niece and they loved the experience. They did the zip line and giant swing, staff great from the moment you check in until the moment you leave. Would recommend for anybody interested 10/10

Very bad experience in finding the place not properly mark the place to enter and not realted to eden project. Had wrong information that cannot wear sandals. I went searching buying trainners to eden shop they were not helpful. Got to know they are different management hence no proper boards givwn to find the place . So many cark parks not helful stuff. Need to improve on providing proper correct directions and sign boards

With regards to finding us, our booking confirmation emails include written directions, a postcode and a What3Words location. Our website also includes an interactive map and a video showing exactly how to reach us from the car park. These resources currently help hundreds of guests find us successfully every day. That said, we will review your suggestion regarding additional signage as part of our ongoing improvements. You also mentioned speaking with Eden Project staff. While we appreciate this may not have been obvious on your first visit, Hangloose Adventure and the Eden Project are completely separate businesses. Although we are located on the same site, Eden Project employees are unable to assist with Hangloose Adventure bookings, policies or operational queries, just as we would be unable to assist with enquiries relating to their attractions or services. Regarding footwear, our website clearly states that sandals are not suitable for the activity and advises that appropriate footwear is available on site. Despite arriving in footwear that did not meet our stated guidance, our team took the time to assess it rather than simply refusing participation. They determined that it was safe for you to take part and, as an additional courtesy, also offered you suitable footwear to borrow free of charge. We felt this was a reasonable and customer-focused approach that allowed you to enjoy your experience without any additional cost. Finally, we'd like to address your comments regarding our staff. During your visit, four different members of our team patiently explained our procedures and answered your questions, despite being spoken to in a manner they found discourteous. We are proud of the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the interaction, remaining calm, polite and focused on helping you enjoy your visit. We always welcome constructive feedback and your comments will be discussed at our next senior management meeting. However, we also feel it's important to provide context where aspects of your review do not accurately reflect the service that was provided on the day. We wish you all the best.
Booked this for a father and daughter gift for father's day. My daughter was nervous but the amazing staff made her feel calm and she loved it. All the staff were amazing, friendly and very reassuring. Keep up the great work

A truly wonderful experience and one that I will remember for many years - from check in to exit it was a totally flawless process - for someone who isn’t keen on heights I felt totally safe throughout. Would recommend if you can afford it - however that’s my only downside and the only reason why it didn’t get 5 stars - £60 for what is a 2 minute experience is expensive in my opinion - also the video wasn’t great as you don’t see an overall view of the the experience more just the face of the person. However i would do it again if i was down this way!

Brilliant experience and not as scary as it looks, everyone was so helpful, friendly, supportive and professional. My concern was it might jolt me at the end of the wire, but I needn’t have worried it was a smooth finish! Do buy the video pack before, it is well worth it! I said a message coming down and it recorded it beautifully! Well worth the cost! Would recommend to friends and family!😄

Hangloose is a thrilling and fun experience for all ages. We done the fastest zip line and the sky trek which both of them were really great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would go again.

I gave my son a ride on this today and he loved it. There was a hiccup with the booking but the team on the desk he figured it out and knew my name when I began to explain the problem. Something we had nit fully realised beforehand is that the “start” is where the zip line ends. There is a minibus that takes the rider to the actual start. The ride lasts about 1 minute.
