Superb two day tour of Luxor East & West banks with very enthusiastic & informative guide Khaled who made the sights even more impressive & interesting with the history and added detail. In the two days we visited Karnak and Luxor temples, Valley of the King's, Hatshepsut temple, Colossal of Memnon & the workers tombs Deir Al Medina (highly recommend these for an intimate close up viewing of tomb art without the crowds).

Overnight tour is great because you have your free time and not in a hurry. Besides the fact that main attractions you will visit earlier (less crowds), you will not be tired. Do recommend. And my guide Naama was a great companion and story teller

My sister and I booked a 3-day Louxor tour with Marsa Alam Tours, starting in El Gouna. Everything went very smoothly, from our first contact to our goodbye. We stayed 2 nights at the Steigenberger Nile Palace, a fabulous hotel with fantastic staff! Our driver Mohamed was very friendly and always on time, and he drove very safely! Our friendly guide was Mansor: he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, from our visits to the tombs and temples to the balloon ride, and he told us many interesting things about ancient Egypt. And he took lots of picture of us! The balloon ride is really worth it (though it took way more time than initially announced). We skipped the bazar and banana island because we were not interested. Instead we did a felucca tour at sunset, which was wonderful. Make sure you have enough cash with you (euros or dollars), including for tips!

We came on a weekend trip from El Gouna to Luxor and strongly recommend this tour for the best sites in Egypt. We visited the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, Karnark temple and Luxor Temple. Mahmoud and Wahid were great hosts! Would suggest the hot air balloon ride if you get the chance

I went on this tour with my elderly mother and really appreciate how smoothly it all went - the hotel was lovely and the lunches were really nice with great views of the Nile. Khalid the driver was on time and very helpful. Huda our tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and took great care of us. We also added the Karnak Light & Sound show which is a must and two extra tombs at the Valley of the Kings. I really recommend visiting Luxor over 2 days as it gives you the opportunity to see the sites at your leasure and include optional extras.

We spent two beautiful days with our guide Hoda and our driver Gamal. The tours are very interesting. We were accommodated in one of the most beautiful hotels in Luxor. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy a nice glass of wine by the Nile. Not to be missed..... balloon flight at sunrise. It is a waking dream that we lived for our first flight at over 50 🤗.
