This tour was so great. I also went to the pyramids of Giza before, where it was crowded with a lot of people and I couldn't relax very much. On the other hand, on this tour, I was able to relax throughout. It was a very pleasant time to see a lot of nature. My guide, Essam, was very kind and I was able to participate with peace of mind.

The guide’s English proficiency was limited, which made communication difficult. He occasionally did not understand certain words, so I had to rephrase my questions several times and eventually found it hard to continue the conversation. Some parts of the tour were not clearly explained. At the herbal shop, he mentioned that a staff member would explain the products, but she simply asked, “What do you want?” without offering any explanation. When I raised this with the guide, he suggested that she said I did not understand English. This was surprising, as I have worked in English in the U.S. for over 15 years and completed postgraduate studies in both the U.S. and the U.K. It seemed to me that the misunderstanding stemmed from communication difficulties on the guide’s side. Ultimately, I had to raise the issue myself, and the shop arranged for another staff member to provide an explanation. Overall, the experience was disappointing although the visit to the oasis itself, along with the desert drive and sandboarding, was very enjoyable.

Iman was sweet, kind and gentle, she has the skills and knowledge to make your experience unique, she made everything smooth and easy. Egipt is an amazing country when you met the right people, amazing views and horizons

It was an amazing experience.the tour guide Rania was very helpful and attending.although the food wasn’t very nice.don’t pick the food option.just ask the tour guide and they will be happy to take you to recommend a nice restaurant and order whatever you want

Driver Essam and guide Iman were wonderful! Super knowledgable and accommodating. The scenery was gorgeous, lunch was great, and the safari ride was super fun -- highly recommend!

After visiting the classic sites of Cairo, my wife and I treated ourselves to this excursion, which was simply fantastic. We were accompanied by two exceptional guys, Esaam the driver and the Italian-speaking guide Youssef, who literally guided us by the hand all day through the heights with a cinematic view, to the lake, surfing on the dunes, and then to the restaurant for a typical lunch, what can I say, bravo, bravo, bravo.

We were picked by our driver and our guide, Iman, right on time. It was about a two hour drive from our hotel to the first stop. She was very chatty and knowledgeable, giving us interesting facts about Egypt as a country and answering our many questions. When we visited it was Eid so we had many questions about this as well and she was able to speak to us from local person’s perspective. We thoroughly enjoyed our day in the desert. We made several stops to geographical features including Lake Qaroun, some beautiful desert cliffs and another much smaller lake, where we were rowed out and had a chance to take part. We also had the opportunity to watch a pottery session and we also had a go ourselves and got to take our creations home. The car was pleasant, with good air conditioning. Our guide was friendly, attentive and good humoured. We would recommend this tour to anyone.

We had a great time seeing El Fayoum Oasis and Wadi Rayan waterfall with Essam. He was patient with our kids and helpful when they were unsure about going up Mudawara Mountain or riding on the boat, and a great sandboarding teacher. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and spoke great English. Thanks for a great day out!
