We had a wonderful experience with the excursion. Haytham (tour guide) and Hesham (driver) pick us up from our residence and then drove to Alfayoum. When we got to Alfayoum, we were greeted with traditional breakfast.(falafel sandwiches) , water, tea, and juice. We stopped along the way at the great lake for some pictures. Then we headed to the camp, change cars, and a driver to go on our 4 x 4 Safari trip headed to Valley of the Wales. Mohamed (driver) is very skilled arriving in the desert. Haytham our tour guide was very knowledgeable sharing information and also allow us free time for ourselves. He even made additional stop and shared and amazing experience with us viewing the lower wadi lake from higher point( breath taking). We then headed to Wadi Al Ryan and on the way, we stopped by Quaroon lake, and saw the waterfall. Towards the end of the trip, we headed back to the camp for Bedouin lunch and then headed back to Cairo. It was an amazing experience and highly recommended

We got interested to wadi al -hitan through a tv documentary but we could never imagine to get in love to this place thanks to the tour guide delivered by Mahmoud. We had great smiles and got enriched by a lot of history. We cannot forget also the funny 4x4 trip in the desert which contributed to this amazing experience.

Before coming to Cairo, Fayoum Oasis was one of the places that we wanted to see most. Fortunately, we had a great driver Ahmed Hassan and great tour guide Hamad Abu Rakika with us which made the experience better than we expected. Hamad helped us customize the tour to spend more time in places we wanted to see most. He was with us in every step helping to arrange whatever we needed. Beyond customizing the program, he also made sure that our lunch was vegan at our request and it was some of the best food that we ate in Egypt. In addition to all these, he took our photos in all the places that we have visited and they are looking perfect! Thanks to him we listened to amazing music from Egyptian artists. We are grateful for his patience and kindness. During return they have even arranged a different drop off to the downtown Cairo although our pick up spot was in Giza. Thanks to Ahmed it was all a very smooth and comfortable ride. If you are going to book this tour we would definitely suggest having the tour with Ahmed and Hamad.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very good English! Our drivers were great too, transfers and the desert driver, lunch was lovely, we felt very welcomed into their culture!

Hamad Sayed took us everywhere we wanted to see! He was friendly and we were provided with water, snacks and lunch. The white desert was beautiful and valley of the whales was an incredible thing to see! The jeep ride through the sand dunes was a thrill that we really enjoyed as well! They accommodated around our changed flight, helped with our bags and dropped us off at our hotel.

Had a wonderful time with Hamad Sayed as our guide for day tour to Wadi Hitan and Valley of the Whales. Hamad and his driver greeted us at the airport for our pickup and even accommodated our delayed flight arrival to still do the tour later in the day. The highlight was riding the sand dunes in the Toyota Land Cruiser blasting Bedouin music. Phenomenal experience and seeing whale fossils also very cool. Highly recommend booking this tour!

One of the best tours I’ve experienced in years! But please be cautioned if you are prone to motion sickness or cannot tolerate vehicular risk. Yes, you see whale skeletons in the desert, Lake Qarun, and a pretty albeit polluted waterfall. Yes, you get served a delightful meal in a desert camp (glamp) sight while feral cats wait to pick through your leftovers. But by far the most exciting part of this tour for me was the vehicle safari. Windy, bumpy, not for the faint of heart, but riding in the back while an experienced driver surfs a Land Cruiser down dunes is not an experience to be missed. I also got a chance to skate surf down a dune at the end. Accept it: you will probably wipe out. 😊 My guide was Fares and my drivers were Yusuf and Mohammed. Thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience on my day trip to El Fayoum. Abo Rakika, my guide, was on time for pickup, took his time to explain all the sites to me, and is an amazing photographer haha. I enjoyed every step of the way and would highly highly recomment him to anyone looking to go on a similar trip.
