This was the best. Ricky and the crew were amazing. We had a blast and felt so safe. The grounds are amazing and it was lovely to cool off in the river after. We went with an extended family of 15 from ages 10 to 80 and we all loved it.
Five stars all around! Ricky and his crew were amazing. Very friendly and made it fun. Would recommend to anyone. Also the food andhangout spot afterwards were fantastic.
We were very well attended by all the workers, especially by those who transported us on the zip lines; it was a great experience filled with laughter and fun.
Everything was great. Spot was beautiful and cool. Service was excellent. Ricky, Becker, Adray, Tono, and Estrella were super. Highly recommend.
I had the time of my life. They made me feel so comfortable and it was my first time. I finished with some really tasty food. 10/10 will do it again.
This was such a great experience! Ricky and Adriel were amazing guides and so much fun. They made this experience so much more fun!
So happy we came here! We drove in from our hotel in puerto Vallarta due to having a baby in a car seat we didn’t want to come in the bus. The last part of the trip was hard in the very low set sedan but we made it just fine - I would only recommend not doing this if it were raining and the dirt road turned to mud. The ziplines were very fun and the operators kind and funny. It was fun going upside down with the operators. Everything felt very safe even for my 7 year old and 10 year old. Relaxing in the river pools and on the hammocks after the ziplines was amazing too. We highly recommend coming all day. We had a wonderful time with our family and kids. All the operators and servers were wonderful and the food was affordable and delicious too.
Adriel, Antonio, Fatima, and Becker were the best Zip Line team! I would highly recommend based on value, number of zip lines, the views, and the crew. The inclines were a little steep and a bit of a hike at times, but always manageable. There was water provided mid-way and the team was very tentative and paced the experience based on the group. Having zip-lined all over the world, this was one of my faves! We learned about this park online, drove ourselves to the park (not for everyone or every vehicle) and walked into the park without a reservation. We were greeted by the team who explained the wristband tier system, the value of the wristbands, and what you got with each - we were happy that everyone in our group of 13 was accommodated with no notice. We also had one person with a walker who was able to navigate easily to the bar/restaurant area, and others who decided to forgo zip lining in favor of hiking/exploring and lazing in the river/falls. Easily a destination for everyone.
Excellent service great host fun makes the trip exciting and fun would recommend for anyone with family or by ur self kids had a blast great with them all.
