They are on top of everything when you arrive, but leaving was another story. We did not have a late model car that was exclusively for us for our return to the airport. First, they were late, pickup was to be at 9:40AM, depart at 9:45AM. I had called the rep that works at the hotel 5 times in a row and she did not answer. Which when we spoke she said, if your ride is not out there, call me. Went to see her and she called, which they said stuck in traffic, be there in 10-minutes which puts at 10AM now, okay, no worries, just wish you would have answer the phone or someone update us. After a short wait, a gentlemen walks up and says he is with GrayLine, no name tag, no shirt. I called the rep, she answered this time, and asked does she know who this person is. She said he is with us. I advised her that he doesn't have a shirt, and is telling us to take a cab and we will not have to pay. And she said yes, because we can't get the normal cars into the hotel. Which is crazy because we were dropped off at the lobby entrance, Uber picks up at the lobby entrance, our boat captain picked us up at the entrance. I don't like the switch at the end and lying about it. As the porters told us, they can get in, they just don't have the cars available.

I booked and payed on line however as soon as we arrived I was told that we would need to pay an additional $27.00 if we wanted to be taken to our hotel, it also had to be paid in cash!!! Don't ever use Gray Line or trip advisor for your transportation needs.

The pickup was fine. But I paid for a roundtrip and only recieved one pickup. I needed to switch my pickup day and was told that could easily be done. But when I contacted someone, they said the transfer already happened. But the first pickup only happened, not the second one! So I paid $92 for ONE pickup. I will not be using this service again. Uber was only $25. This is taking advantage of travelers. It's gross.

A little difficult finding the rep for Greyline at the airport but after that all went well. The ride was quick and the driver friendly
I booked this through Viator. Viator could not provide me with pick up info to return to the airport. I tried right up until the night before. I requested a refund since they did not provide round trip service. Viator refused stating the tour operator, Gray line stated they came to pick me up at the hotel and I was a no-show. I had to call an Uber because I had no information on the pick up nor did Viator even know the information..
