Don’t worry people, the climb up is not as bad as people make it seem😂 sure, it’s warm outside, and no you shouldn’t *run* up the stairs, but if you’re the average fitness, then you’ll have no problem. Lovely view and interesting sights!

I gave this no rating because I was unable to use this ticket. We got to the gate and were told that we had to purchase a ticket and our ticket purchased through trip advisor was unusable.

Upon checking our records, it appears that your entry tickets were not downloaded, despite the reminder email we sent containing detailed instructions on how to access and download your tickets. It might be that the voucher you received at the time of booking was presented at the venue instead of the actual entry tickets. As clearly stated in our email instructions, the voucher you received from our partner is not a valid entry ticket. Bought tickets with an audio tour. Downloaded the tickets & added it to my Apple wallet. The bar code would not scan & so we had to buy tickets from the ticket booth. Clio Muse Tours who provided the ticket have refused to refund us.

Based on the information provided, it appears that the QR code presented may have been the Viator voucher rather than the actual entry ticket. As clearly stated in our booking instructions, the voucher is not valid for venue admission and should not be used as an entry ticket. In addition, all customers receive an email with detailed instructions explaining how to download both their entry tickets and audio tour from the booking page. Thank you for your understanding. Very good visit but don’t go if your knees are old lol. Big climb but apparently there are donkeys in the summer. Beautiful views and audio guide was good. Had to get a taxi there mind.

Purchased this event a couple of hours before the start time, we were drew to the skip the queue benefit having a small child, but the tickets were not available to download prior to the start time. I therefore had to request a refund. The poor experience was due to the warm weather and having a little children's with us. Anyone with children will understand boredom can set in quickly when waiting around, especially in the midday sun. In the end we requested a refund and then had to the join the queue which had become rather large with all the waiting around. If your going to try this experience please pre-book the night/day before to avoid issues.

Lindos is a beautiful place and the Acropolis is the icing on the cake. We took the longer more gentle slope to the top relieved that on our visit it wasn't too hot! The entry to the site is quite uneven and the stairs up to the top have an open side and no handrails so be careful as it's a health and safety nightmare but worth the climb. Also there are no toilets! Loads of lovely restaurants and bars in Lindos to gather your thoughts

I have no words other than beyond beautiful and stunning! You MUST visit Lindos and come here. It's breathtaking. Please do NOT get a donkey up. They are not watered or fed properly and to carry people all the way up is the heat is cruel. We listened to another review that said when you go up you will notice a queue of people and you must walk past them all right to the top, up some steps and all the way to the gates. Someone will be there to scan your code. You only get your tickets to download (do before you visit due to no signal) once payment has come out. It's a narrow path so you cannot see ahead and just have to walk past. Some people made comments but we just explained we got skip the queue and they were fine. Definitely get this as you do not want to be waiting in a long queue in the blazing sun

Worth the walk up the stairs and entrance fee, for the view all around. Even 17 year old was half price!
