Not worth €90 to us...
We went hungry... although we drove through many streets of Montreal, the explanation was monotonous and limited. Important buildings such as the basilica (which is a masterpiece after all...), the town hall, St Paul's Street, the known street art around the Plateau,... were not included. A (too) long one about the number of km of bike paths in Montreal. That the cycling World Championships rode through the city at that moment was skillfully moved aside 🫣
The guide also took a childish attitude for us, suitable for a youth movement but not for adults who can certainly ride a bike.
The toll included a local snack and drink. In reality, we got a bagel with a small tub of Philadelphia that we could eat on the sidewalk between our bikes. The drink was to be consumed later in an uninviting establishment
Conclusion: for us this was not worth €90.

Allereerst vind ik het jammer dat u niet ten volle van onze fietstocht heeft genoten. Wat betreft de relevantie en kwaliteit van het commentaar van onze gids: ik zal dit met de betreffende gids bespreken. Dit verbaast me enigszins, aangezien wij uitsluitend met gecertificeerde, professionele gidsen werken. De bezochte locaties staan allemaal op onze website beschreven; ik raad geïnteresseerden aan deze informatie zorgvuldig door te nemen alvorens te boeken. Wat betreft de wielerkampioenschappen: zo'n groot internationaal evenement was niet te missen. We hebben simpelweg delen van onze routes aangepast vanwege de vele verkeersbelemmeringen die door de verschillende wedstrijden werden veroorzaakt. Wat de toon van onze gids betreft: ook dit zal ik – nogmaals – met de betreffende gids bespreken. Wat de versnapering betreft: wij werken samen met een gevestigd en gerenommeerd bedrijf in de wijk Plateau Mont-Royal. Ik wil benadrukken dat het hier gaat om een tussendoortje, niet om een volledige maaltijd; dit staat duidelijk vermeld in de beschrijving van onze tour. Wat betreft de locatie die als onvriendelijk werd ervaren tijdens het drankje na afloop: ik zal hierover contact opnemen met de leiding van de zaak. Wat de prijs betreft: wij bieden de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding in Montreal. Ons pakket is inclusief de fiets, een professionele gids, een helm, een bidon, een versnapering, een glas wijn of bier na afloop van de tocht en de mogelijkheid om de fietsen de rest van de dag te behouden. Nogmaals, het spijt me oprecht dat u niet ten volle van onze tour heeft genoten. Met vriendelijke groet.

Absolutely recommend this tour
Excellent way to see more of Montreal in one day. Julien was welcoming, organized, helpful, and knowledgeable. He kept us together and at a comfortable pace. The bagel picnic was a highlight. The option to keep the bike for the afternoon was a generous offer. The shop was easy to find. The tour information was well presented.

Great way to spend the day and see off the path parts of Montreal
The day of our tour called for rain, we contacted them and they were very accomodating and switched our tour to the next day. MIke was a tremedous guide and is eager to share eveything he knows about Montreal and it's history during this 3 hour tour. Be advised that the architectural tour takes you throughout the city, primarily on dedicted bike lines, but there will be times that your biking with car traffic. The bagel stop during and the beer stop after was a nice touch. Also great that you get to keep the bike all day.

I hadn’t ridden a bike in...
I hadn’t ridden a bike in almost 40 years, so I wasn’t sure what to expect! I’m pretty athletic, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and enjoyable the tour was. It’s definitely suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. Our tour was very informative, and it was such a fun way to see and experience Montreal. Biking is such a big part of the city, so this really felt like the perfect way to explore it. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Fabulous way to see the city!
Excellent tour with Julian! The e-bikes were easy to use and in great shape. He made stops to point things out and explain what we were looking at. Eating fresh Montreal bagels in the park was a highlight! Montreal is well set up for biking and we enjoyed seeing so much of the city outside the typical tourist area. Definitely recommend!

Well worth it
Our guide, Mike the Bike, was very friendly, informative and humorous.
We learned so much about Montreal's landmarks and history. I particularly enjoyed the quieter suburbs on the plateau for nice cycling, beautiful streets, and Mike's history lessons which explained the vernacular architecture.
The e-bikes performed excellently, and it was such a bonus to have the bikes for the rest of the day to allow us to explore independently.
Just one note of caution - we ended up cycling over the Jacques Cartier and Concorde Bridges. Very hairy experiences! We also got lost a few times, as Montreal's cycle route signposting isn't as good as the road infrastructure. Maybe a leaflet with a few recommended routes, with directional landmarks to look out for, would help.
Otherwise, we had a great day, so many thanks to all!
