I own two e-bikes but needed an extra bike when friends came in town this weekend. The Musette rental experience was so easy and so convenient. We chose to do a 6-hour rental and as I live in Midtown, Jane delivered the bike directly to my house exactly on time. The bike was in great shape, and came with an extra battery, lock, helmet, and a cute bag filled with goodies and a bottle of water. The bike was picked up promptly at the end of the rental, and the service was both professional and friendly. I would 100% rent from Musette again without hesitation.

Great business……
What a great business. Communication, very good equipment, plus a complimentary musette bag with wonderful useable goods and treats for a bike trip. Would like to see more businesses set up this way.

An absolute must to explore the beltline
What a fabulous day out exploring the beltline in Atlanta. The communication from Jane regarding meeting point, times etc was flawless. I'm always sceptical when I see only 5 star reviews that maybe customers have been encouraged into doing so in exchange for some sort of offer, however this wasn't the case, they just are THAT good. Bikes were dropped off on time and we were able to leave the bikes where it suited us to and Jane collected them later in the day. We were also each given a goodie bag of really thoughtful supplies for the day including snacks, water, suncream, lip balm and much more. We made full use of them all. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
