The bikes were in good shape, safe and reliable. The problem we had was being told we had to go to Tortola to pick up the bikes and start the self guided tour. We were staying in Riva, without a car. So we took a to Torbole, an added expense, only to be told when we got there that we were supposed to get the bikes in Riva!! Very frustrating. The tour operator told us “ the app was wrong and he needs to tell Viator to fix that”. He did say that we could return the bikes in Riva. At the end of the day we put the address of the bike store into maps and were unable to find the place for about an hour. Come to find out that the reason we couldn’t find it was the shop is set back from the road and the sign with the name of the shop was completely hidden.
