Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the situation you experienced. It seems there was a system error connected to the change of your reservation date. Unfortunately, after the modification was made, the updated booking did not appear in our system, which led to the misunderstanding on the day of your tour. We fully understand how disappointing this must have been, especially given it was a unique opportunity to visit Warsaw. We are already working with our booking partners to prevent such errors in the future and to ensure that every date change is properly reflected on our side. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention
