The scooters were dropped off at the appartment at the exact time. Clear instructions how to use them. It was very nice to go om these scooters around the city.

Scooters were dropped off at hotel at time advised. Clear instructions and the man was really nice we had them for 4 hours which was enough time. I cant walk far so these were ideal as we got to so many places we wouldn't have reached. Some places dont let you in with scooters so best to be in pairs and also quite heavy to lift but overall such a god way to see the city

You have to rent one of these if you go to Krakow! There is scooters dotted around the city but you have to download an app then add your debit card which we didn’t want to do so we rented from Lucas, booked online and it’s great that he delivers the scooters and picks them up and you can either pay with cash or card.

Such good fun on the scooters, delivery to the apartment and pick up was very convenient, easy to ride and a fantastic way to see the city! Fantastic value for money and would definitely do it again should we ever return to Kraków

Called in the morning, scooters already got delivered 20 minutes later at a nearby hotel! Friendly and quick instructions on how to use the scooters, got a map, some extra gloves and off we went! Very good service and even got some Polish treat in the end. Would definitely recommend.

We hired the scooters for four hours on New Year’s Eve, however after realising most attractions would be shut New Year’s Day we asked Lucas if we could change to New Year’s Day! This was no problem at all. The scooters were dropped off at our hotel, Lucas gave us a run through of how to use them and a map of suggested places to go and we were off! What fun we had!! The scooters were really easy to use and fast!! That batteries lasted the whole four hours and we had charge to spare! They also easily folded so we could stop in a cafe for a coffee. On return we were greeted with some chocolates! An awesome day, really easy to organise and super friendly service! Thank you for such an amazing day!!

After struggling to use the scooters around town with no charge with apps that didn’t work. We found Scooter Madness online and within an hour Lukas delivered 6 scooters fully charged to our Hostel to send us on our way. An excellent service with a great product which saw us tick off most of Krakow in just a few hours. Lukas was incredibly accommodating and would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. If only other big cities had a company as good as these guys! Don’t look anywhere else when planning to rent scooters in Kraków.
