We had a phenomenal time riding bikes along the East Shore. This was the highlight of the trip and Vista Bikes was awesome to work with. Not only were they friendly, but very knowledgeable about the trail. We will be booking through them again!

Gorgeous Bike Ride!!!!
The ride down the east trail was amazing!! Make sure you go early in the morning because when we rode back the trail was packed with walkers and more e-bikes.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Vista Trail Bikes! The equipment was great, the service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Great time!
This was honestly one of my favorite parts of our trip! We rented e-bikes and were given a map with recommendations on where to ride, which made everything super easy.
The views along the way were incredible, especially riding over the bike bridges and paths alongside the lake. The e-bikes were easy to use and made the entire ride feel relaxed and enjoyable—even going up hills!
We rode to the beach, stopped for some ice cream, walked around for a bit, and then rode back. It was such a fun way to explore the area and take in the scenery without feeling rushed.
Check-in and return were both really easy, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. They even provided us with water for the ride, which was a nice touch.
100% recommend! I would absolutely do this again.

That stretch of bridges along the water really is something, and it sounds like you paced the day exactly right — beach, ice cream, a little wandering, then back at your own speed. The map was made with a cartographer specifically so people can do that: pick their own stops instead of following a schedule. Glad the e-bikes made the hills a non-issue, and I'll pass the kind words along to the crew who got you checked in and out.
