The pickup was smooth and the trip from the casinos to the boat was very short. The boat ride was beautiful and the tour was very informative. There was plenty of room on the boat to roam around as it wasn't too crowded. You get a slightly different perspective from each level. If you like hanging out on top remember sunscreen. It is cool but the sun still burns! Overall, great tour, would do it again.

Arrive about 45 minutes before sailing to secure a better location in line. The boat handles up to 500 people and can get crowded .

If your looking to go directly from one side of the lake to Emerald Bay, this is the cruise for you. But with that being said, I think it was a little pricey for the trip. They give you plenty of time to get refreshments going to the other side of the lake & it's quicker coming back. The food and drinks were decent though. Definitely needs louder or better audio on deck to hear what they are saying.

Great experience… highly recommend due to all areas at the lake are either private property or have a fee to get in. Also limited parking at Emerald Cove so we were not able to do the hike. Boat tour got us right where we needed to be.

Relaxing trip to beautiful Emerald Bay. Enjoyed an appetizer on our way. Good food and service. Our 2nd trip.

This was as Expected. We traveled across to Emerald Bay and back. There are 3 decks so plenty of room. Available drinks, food and bathrooms. They take your pic when you board for purchase if interested. We sat inside for a while then walked outside. There’s a gift shop on the second deck. It was enjoyable. Views spectacular. We Chose to be picked up by their shuttle which was an old School Bus. My Only complaint was that they recommended all guests get there an hour early, but the bus got us there only 30 Minutes early. Therefore, we were in Last and all The good seats by windows were taken. Had I driven I could have had a better seat.

Loved the boat trip, every single employee on the boat very friendly and helpful. Would definitely do this again if we ever return to Lake Tahoe. Problem with pick up point when booking, we were disappointed with the attitude of the tour operator we had to talk to over the phone, but TripAdvisor did make it right.

It was a once and done experience. Rather boring and hard to hear the narration. I would rather hike or take a smaller excursion.
