explanations too long-winded
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that you found the audioguide explanations too lengthy. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, and we hope you still enjoyed discovering the unique history and architecture of the Mosque-Cathedral in Córdoba.
we had a ticket for 10:00, but because of the train delay we didn't make it. We could rebook for free to 11:00, that's great!
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We are so glad our team could quickly help you reschedule your entry time after the unexpected train delay. Ensuring a smooth and stress-free visit is always our priority, and we hope you had a fantastic time exploring the breathtaking Mosque-Cathedral.
Amazing architecture and history
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that you were impressed by the amazing architecture and rich history of the Mosque-Cathedral in Córdoba. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed discovering this extraordinary and unique landmark!
Got a voucher to take to a “meeting place” to collect the tickets - no address for meeting place and walked right around the venue checking. We got sucketed in by this company - no tickets and no entry. This was a scam
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the entry tickets were provided correctly via the contact details supplied with the booking, and guests are clearly advised in the listing to monitor their email and WhatsApp for ticket delivery. Had you contacted us when you were unable to locate the tickets, we would have been happy to assist you promptly in finding them. Unfortunately, describing the experience as a “scam” is not accurate. The tickets were sent as required, and the absence of the tickets at the entrance appears to have resulted from them not being located or checked in time. We believe it is important for future guests to be aware that monitoring the indicated communication channels and checking the ticket delivery is part of the booking process.
The place to see is worth the experience, however the guide is practically useless because it is unclear and at the entrance all the "attractions" have an audio guide included. Audios that are too long, wordy, and vague limit the understanding of a UNESCO heritage site that deserves more in-depth information.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you found the Mosque-Cathedral itself worth visiting and appreciated its cultural and historical importance. We're sorry that the audio guide did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us understand where the experience can be improved.
A huge experience that was all worth the money. It was amazing to see two religions in one place.

It's truly a place unlike any other, and we're so pleased you felt it was worth every penny. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!

The Mezquita is impressive and amazing, but the audio guide was boring and repetitive ... of the 40 audio guide segments I listened to about 7 which all essentially said the same thing.
