Disappointing, the water was full of people's hair, the floor is very slippery and they don't let you use any material to keep from slipping, the massage was one of the worst I've ever had, a tall, bald man, who I told to do my back and legs gently and he did it on my head and face hard and with super strong pain in my head, dreadful experience, candles near the curtains with fire risks, Next to the towel racks also candles with a risk of towels falling onto the candles; Next to the steps that are very high and difficult to climb up and down also candles with a risk of falling, hurting yourself from the fall, and also burning yourself with the candles. More water jets and some waterfalls are missing that relax upon contact with the skin and also provide sound and relaxation to the environment. Place with no accessibility for people with reduced mobility, etc. They lose many clients who, since there are no ramps to get down into the water and the steps are too high and uncomfortable, makes it inaccessible for people with reduced mobility and also for anyone due to the risk of falls, etc. I don't know who runs this place, but they need to look at it with more empathy and adapt the place and hire people with good souls who know how to give massages with empathy and assertive communication. They have a lot to improve, they need to get their act together because Córdoba deserves much more. Constructive reviews should make them improve and adapt as soon as possible for a better experience.

Fabulous attention to detail and a great way to have a relaxing couple of hours. The massage is a must have!

What a friendly people and very helpful. Only during check-in some problems but this was solved calmly and quietly. The baths are are very nice and well maintained. The massage by David was blissfully recommended in cordoba.

Wonderful experience thanks to the beautiful architecture, the exquisite treatment of the staff (most particularly our host Antonio), the delicate music, the aromas selected for the massages... It is a trip to Al-Andalus, to the most opulent, mystical and luxurious Cordoba.

The staff was very professional, helpful and I would go back again tomorrow if I could! The location is subtly located - hardly know it’s there unless you’re looking for it. The baths are quite amazing and all easily accessible. Water and tea stations are located within the bath areas and the steam room smelled of eucalyptus and what a wonderful surprise! Highly recommend will go back again in a heartbeat,

This was am amazing experience. Anna who did my massage was so sweet. There was a language barrier on my part. But she was so warm, trying to communicate with me. The atmosphere was relaxing. Love it.

The experience itself was surreal - our first Hammam visit. Relaxing and healing after 11 days of travel we felt ready for the last 4 days of or trip. We did the baths including the stone tables and that was followed by massages.

so relaxing, the warm, hot, and cold pools were lovely, and the steam room made a second dip in the cold pool a must! The massage ( with suds!) and warm water sluices was incredible. there was a about a 10 minute wait for the massage after the mint tea and I fell asleep on the heated waiting table. Divine!
