Yus our driver was amazing ! 5 stars to him Massage was good - would have preferred the option of having single rooms - I was just with a friend and not that close to bath and shower ! Not impressed- I did not book a couples massage, it was just 2 tickets ! Felt very rushed and never got a message back about getting hair washed and blow dried.
Hi Thank you for your review. After coordinating with the transportation and spa teams. For the transportation part, everything went according to plan and was executed well. For the water bottles, we have already provided them in the car and you have consumed them. For welcome drinks, we provide tea and bottled mineral water that you can take or request at the spa reception. For our spa rooms, we provide one room with a capacity for two people. If guests are uncomfortable and want separate rooms for reasons other than being a couple, we will provide separate rooms for showers and flower baths. This Bali massage activity is open to the public and only for adults. Children are not recommended, but couples or honeymooners can book this activity. However, there is no special treatment for couples because this activity is not specifically for them. The time we allocate for this package is 2 hours, and we provide additional time for showering without extra charge for the convenience of our customers. We apologize if our reception didn't ask about additional rooms again because you're not a couple. Regard Dery A
