Unfortunately I couldn’t make the tour due to the air traffic issues across Europe. Although the customer service was prompt to respond I was hugely disappointed to receive only 10% as a refund. I wanted to transfer to another day but would have had to buy another ticket !!This was an expensive booking for a senior and a student. So was a disappointing start to our break in Geneva not to do the experience !!

We did our best to help by offering alternative dates, but unfortunately we also have costs to sustain when cancellations happen at short notice. As the booking was made through Viator, the refund amount is automatically determined by their cancellation policy. We’re very sorry the experience couldn’t be part of your stay in Geneva

Amazing experience
Robert was amazing. We loved him. Great relaxed experience, so much chocolate we were delighted and good wine advice. I have already finished the bottle of Chasselas. It was delicious. Thanks again Robert.

Wonderful chocolates and more!
A wonderful exploration of the legendary chocolates stores in the traditional district in Geneva. Many thanks go to the guide Robert who leads us into the stores in sequence to enjoy the tastes from basic formula and forms, to more advanced and complicated ones, then to end up with a making process to wrap up the trip. On top of it, Robert shows us a few more historical spots and events which have made Geneva even more interesting & memorable!

No brainer, great tour.
What a great tour! Beautiful city, beautiful guide, and a beautiful tour! We were so lucky to have met Ludi, she gave us more than chocolate information, gave us history, geography, and even some tourism hacks. (The hogwarth’s library was huge help)

It’s a no brainer, great trip!
Beautiful tour, beautiful city, and beautiful guide! We came for the chocolate, and came away with a lesson in history, philosophy, and city shortcuts (the WC hack was perfect). It is such a great tour!

It was lovely, chocolate is always delightful, Robert, our guide was very nice and knowledgeable, he shared insights on the city life as well, showed us around old city center, very pleasant presence. We discovered some hidden gems in terms of high quality chocolate supply

Great Guide, Great Tour
The only thing better than the chocolate was our guide Robert. He went above and beyond. Not only did he share about the chocolate, but he knows so much about the history of the area. I wish we had more time here so we could book a city history tour with him. He was so easy going and knowledgeable and we’d highly recommend asking for Robert. If you love chocolate and want a great guide as well, this is your tour and this is your guide.

A relaxing walking talking chocolate history tour
Our chocolate tour guide, Ludivine Moret, was so pleasant and relaxed, and it was amazing how much Geneva history she knew, too.
